The shinyitis monster kicked my .... today - she's a real tart

So I have a stainless vaporesso luxe nano mod on the way :D

I haven't bought a new mod since I got the colossal in January - that's a miracle in itself ;) The colossal is still my number one mod, and now that I use in in TCR mode it's even better. But i also love the vaporesso omni 4 chip - especially in TC. I was looking at the armour pro - but it's just too tall. So I got the nano instead.
I've got the Polar and it's a really nice mod....and vape :)

All of these are being passed specifically to get into Federal court. They know they'll be overturned with injunctions, but are doing it to get a shot at appealing before the Supreme Court in another shot at overturning Roe v. Wade. They're hoping with the two new justices appointed they'll have a chance to do so.

It's not about trying to overturn Roe v. Wade, it's trying to find tthe line between "choice" and murder.

After the lovely description of infanticide by a prominent physician recently, people would like to have that line more clearly defined.

Human life is life and it has worth - the most vulnerable among us deserve some measure of protection, and they aren't getting any.

Now.. this subject as a whole is a touchy subject - one wrought with emotion.... be nice if it could be avoided here.

Good morning Shiny's
Whopping 48° here. I'm ready for summer.

This has been a really cold, wet spring. Like last year. It’s more like March than May. I’d normally have the flowers and veg all in now, haven’t even started.

Actually. The 2 ml issue actually is more of a "know how" issue.
While vendor's here can't sell larger than 2 'm capacity tanks, they can sell tank accessories like bubble glass and extensions. After all, you can't vape on a bubble glass or extension can you.. that would be silly.
Same with squonk gear. We're seeing ridiculous super thick bottles fitted but optional full capacity bottles available to buy.
It's still annoying and its my understanding that it will be addressed and larger options available eventually but with the wheels of brexit moving slowly (have to love the ruling class. They need time to get their cash out of Europe first, lol).
It may be a while til common sense prevails.
Until then. Check the accessories section when buying a tank and pick up the extension glass too.

I'm finding that all my french suppliers are selling the 4ml + tanks anyway :) Shhhhhhh

Women’s lives matter. Women should not be forced to carry the product if rape or incest, or a pregnancy that is non viable, or life threatening. Men should not be making the laws that determine these things, it should be between a woman and her doctor.

Until all the people are just as concerned about the safety and well being of those who are already here, they can sit down and shut up about what goes on inside someone else’s body and private affairs.

Ps, the whole infanticide thing is ludicrous. Nobody is giving birth after carrying for nine months and then deciding whether to kill the baby. And FYI, there is no infant until the fetus is born. Nobody is using late term abortion as birth control, either. All myths perpetuated to stir the uninformed.

Abortion has never been illegal when the woman's life is at stake.. never... so it's a false premise your presenting. On top of that, its long been legal in the case of rape as well.

This is about abortion on demand (only) and when the cut off should be between choice and murder.

Now please. This is a vaping forum.

What I'm saying is I doubt that any government in any country isn't making decisions based on dollars rather than what's best for its population as a whole regarding health care.
I think we saw this coming a while back.
There's a division appearing between countries that offer a national health service and those who's healthcare is private and insurance based.
Vaping is having a huge positive impact on the health of our country.
Better health equals a cheaper spend in the nhs. Less cancer, heart disease, ect, ext.
Less sick folk in the states means less medication sales and people living longer and having the smaller ongoing nuisance illnesses that cost the insurance companies dearly.
Sick folk means dollars. It's these slight differences in our economic structures that make a big difference sadly.
Canada started following the American road until it sent it's healthcare team across to the UK. Once they could see current savings and forecasted savings it was clear they had things .... backwards.
I really don't know how far things are going to go in America.
Theoretically once vaping has been squashed, it's possible it will thrive again under big tobacco and pharmaceutical ownership.
Fingers crossed sense will prevail.

I agree. It's a divisive topic and doesn't belong in a vaping forum and certainly not this thread. We all have opinions and beliefs and no reasonable debate can take place here, so we should drop it, respecting all opinions held. We're not going to resolve the issue or sway opinions so why go down a road we don't have to.

You’re wrong. The new bills remove any choice at all after six weeks regardless of risk to the mother. And impose jail time. It’s in the news, go see for yourself.

Now if you want to drop it, drop it. But don’t quote me and expect me to back off.

Yeah. Shops like creme de vape ect have carried on with larger kayfuns ect.
It's hard for vendors as they receive both standard letters from trading standards reminding them of the obligation to 2ml tanks but trading standards equally make it clear they couldn't give a monkey's chunky about a bloody tank size.
Many attempt to stick to the rules out of the fear of loosing stock someday.
Equally most shops sell the larger sizes on their amazon or ebay storefronts as they are theoretically world wide store's.

Again, this is a vaping forum. One where we come from different beliefs and backgrounds.

We get along beautifully here and I or anyone here would give the shirt of our back for one another.

But there is a reason we touch on politics but don't debate them.. I passed over commenting on your initial rant in this thread, and one of the comments to it.

I didn't pass after that, but commented on @Eskies post, because after that it became more than one person having an opinion I might disagree with..

And you, instead of allowing me to have a comment which included the request not to debate politics here, decided to try and debate me.

I'm asking now, for you to please stop. I respect everyone here, and I respect that we all have differing opinions. But your not respecting those of us who would like to keep this area friendly and politic free, or offering respect to those with differing opinions from your own.

Hmm, yes, what people forget often is that the trade directive is just that....a directive. It isn't a criminal offense just a very minor civil one which in reality would never (probably) be enforced....it would cost them too much :)

No, no, no....you're both missing the point here. I agree money makes the world go around but not for everything.

If the UK had a private healthcare system it still wouldn't refute scientific fact and misrepresent by lying something which would make peoples lives healthier. I live in France which has a basic healthcare topped up by insurance and they aren't trying to kill people either.

That's the point here...you are both suggesting that it's quite normal to kill your population because it makes you more money....no government would do that certainly not the UK and France. If The US is then you guys really have a big problem....
