You knew I'd be shopping for bf RDAs ;) Thank you  I have them all bookmarked for my next splurge.

I like how the hussar v1 isn't a deep well, as otherwise I would completely forget to squonk - it's great getting in the habit of squeezing every 4 or 5 puffs. I still used my RTAs today as well though, I'm like an old fogey who hates change - baby steps
Good. I'm happy you are liking the v1 rda. I was a little concerned you may not like it for your first squonking setup. Awesome!!!

I should be getting a couple of those rda's this week. I know, famous last "FT" words of late hahaha. And I still use my RTA's daily too with 4 going and 4 rda's. Squonking just gives us more options...and a deeper rabbit hole lol. I love options. Don't we all?

IS the bees knees. Man i'm I glad I got myself one. I have the RBA in now and its just gorgeous. Just the right restricted DL draw and with the flick of this switch

I get the perfect MTL draw. Flavor on both is superb. It takes 3ml and the battery will last me all day....At last I have a rebuildable pod system that I can use my NET tobaccos in :rickroll:

I finally caved to the pressure from the Lunatics ;)

Ordered this:
asMODus Luna Squonker Box Mod

Got it in purple, as I've been wanting a purple mod since I started vaping. Cvapor have it for $35 - shipping to Timbuktu aka NZ was only $5 :D
Awesome!!!
At least you didn't bring down the site.

Yes well as much as I could....everyone says that the quality was excellent.
Thanks. WoW a liter should last me a few life times. Yeah I see the comments are all good. I'll wait for you for your opinion.

By the way I still haven't got to the surface yet but haven'y forgotten.
I can wait mate. I'm soooo happy with the Smoant Pasito, i've just about forgotten about everything else...for now in any case :D

Good morning shiners! That Pasito looks cool with the RBA. The RBA just looks so small to build on though. How did it work out for you? The last teeny tiny RBA I can remember that looks about that size was a third party Nautilus RBA (forgot the name which were initials) that was utterly frustrating to build on. I decided taking up watch repair was easier because the parts seemed larger.

It’s up and working all the way. First impression, battery cap threads are surprisingly smooth, but the cap is tiny and thin, hard to put back in.

The bottle cap on the mod I had to use pliers to pull off the first time, seems okay after that.

Bottle is nice and squishy, not too squishy though. Bottle cap has texture to make it easier to unscrew.

Weighs about as much as 3 marshmallows, fire button is is firm and solid even if it looks chintzy, like one of those tin clicker toys us old folk might recall.

Very nice shape and size, and has a texture that makes it just grippy enough. But it’s that kind of plastic with texture that is going to get grubby - mine came with a teeny grime mark or two. Can’t complain for the price. Vapes just as it should.

Haven’t exploded myself yet.

Conclusion, pretty fabulous for what it is.

I'm really glad you like it and you're totally correct it is an impressive piece of kit for the money....honestly it makes you wonder whether the 'made in the US' products are really that much more expensive or they are just blatantly profiteering :)

Mine's been going great guns for a couple of weeks now with no probs and the squonk action is really nice too.

Hope you keep enjoying it as much as I do and don't worry about the mech stuff it really is as safe as you are. Don't forget also that if something should go wrong there would almost certainly be a sign of it before catastrophy enabling remedial action :)

That’s something I should have asked... if something were to go wrong, what signs should I look for?

If I should happen to drop it, I’ll take the atty off and check it on a regulated mod, because I have had coil legs come loose after a fall.

And I hear you, 8 squonkers and counting for me, too!

Does the Pico X have the same 22 mm limit on it like the original, or is this one like an updated Pico 25?

It's a 22mm tank size limit. I mostly vape Kayfun Lite, so I get 4.5ml juice capacity. RTA's like the EHPro True with the bubble tank fit fine and give you a little more juice capacity. I do wish that they had made the Pico S with a bottom battery access or a little more height on top to flush mount the battery door. The +/- adjustment switch could have been on top or the side.

The Pico X has a great hand feel with its contoured shape and rubber paint body finish. It fits my hand better than the standard Pico, which is a little small for a bigger hand.

The worst thing that could happen would be a dead short to the battery. This would result in the battery getting very hot quite quickly....in fact too hot to touch.

For me I think that the heat would come through the mod to either the button or through the sides and at the very least you'd have time to throw it into the garden :)

@DeloresRose I just wanted to add that for that to happen you'd have to have a dead short plus the switch being stuck on or if the soldering on the switch came appart and the + touched the -.

So you see it's by no means an easy thing to do even if you didn't do all the safety checks for your atties first :)
