Me neither, no plans to start anytime soon either ;) It's 'trendy' fried as fries or using the leaves in a salad. But to me, all leaves are rabbit food, and kale is a funny looking turnip (I'm not very health conscious) ;)
I love leaves. Kale just happens to be one of my least favorite. Except as mentioned above. Oh, and thrown into spaghetti sauce. But spinach is much tastier and more bendable to one's will.

I didn’t like the shape of the VA Knight when I 1st saw it but it “grew” on me and now I get it. The shape is just so comfortable to hold!

I have, just in the last two years, shopped only at Trader Joe's. You really can get everything you need there for everyday life. Maybe not the stuff to make a glorious fattening cake, such as I am making today. Red Velvet made from scratch for grandsons birthday. But other then Trader Joe's I buy all meat from a butcher who only sells organic. I also use the local farmers markets. I have become extremely aware of GMO's and such and the regular grocery store is FULL of them.

No such store around here. Isn’t Trader Joe’s owned by the same company as Aldi? There is one of those but it’s so skanky I won’t shop there. I have a choice between Walmart (closest) and Meijer ( in the hood, no thanks) and a very small local shop.

Personally I don’t care about GMOs or organic - I don’t really believe what the labels say. Actually will not eat ‘organic’ meat as I feel that not treating them for preventable diseases or illnesses they catch is cruel. So I buy local, family raised meat. These animals do not have to be pumped full of antibiotics to remain alive.

There’s not much to like about this area, but food from small farms is definitely a plus.

Turns out I was trying to sign in with the wrong user name (hadn't needed to use after first sign in on the app), for whatever reason I used my Em's full name rather than my own.

If it was just a mosfet for the switch I wouldn't mind but there's other stuff (not a lot to fail but more than if no stuff) that can potentially fail. And with deeming looming I want as much failure resistant stuff as I can find. I know lots of stuff will still be available after the now 9 month application due date, but we all know mechs will disappear as not a one will survive the approval process. No electrical safety protections, no sales.
I read that vendor's will be given a year after finalizing to sell the gear that isn't approved.

Which they can't restock? Then it becomes a one time giant selloff unless they can continue to import those models for the twelve month period. It's all too confusing and sad if it comes to that.

Got this cheap 18650 Boxer clone in, along with a few other bits ... under $9 from FT. I ordered it figuring I'd cannabilize it for parts to make a 26650 squonk mod, but I've now found and ordered a 26650 squonk --- so this is unlikely to find any use anytime soon:

It is very light, and looks and feels like some sort of accessory for a child's action figure. However, the door/cover slides into place smoothly and snugly and the whole thing feels pretty strong. Perhaps I'll doodle on it someday with acrylics and/or resin to see if can be aesthetically improved.
