I caved and bought one of those MDX mechs. Copper 3-in-1 Big Logo. Couldn't resist the discount.

I've also ordered an Armageddon v2 squonker and a Russian 91%.

My fasttech cart is over two hundred bucks now, and sourcemore's is over a hundred.

And I'm eyeing Reos.

Rossum's "the end is nigh" thread has struck a chord.
Go for it girl :D

Now, these disposable mesh tanks are a definite win. The vape quality is really good for something I don't have to care about damaging or losing. I'm planning on ordering a Swell, mod only, at some point soon and one of these would be a great topper for it on the go. Plus I have another reason to dust off some of my forgotten mods. This thing does just fine at 60W.
Which tank is that?

Soooo, I dunno. I'm not sure I'll be able to go back to MTL on the reg. Further research is required. It's a nice tank, though. Flavor is pretty good with the SS316L clapton I installed but I keep wanting to reach for one of my dual coil mech setups. It's a good excuse to dust off some of my little used mods, at least.
I want one!

Has anyone else had issues ordering shiny things from 2fdeal, seems that they've stuffed up stock levels of Entheon clones I have ordered and they haven't sent any emails to let me know what was wrong. I've had to chase them up, so no shiny.
No issues with 2 orders 1 was a preorder but shipped way before the expected date. Fast shipping too.

I cannot take the dang Expromizer apart to clean it. I hate fighting with new RTAs. Pretty sure I may end up breaking the tank. Luckily, it's the plastic one, and I'd be switching it out for glass anyway.

I wonder what would happen if I let it soak in VG overnight and then just gave it a quick rinse so that I'd have a hope of getting a grip on it. Maybe enough would seep in to the o rings to make them yield to my will.

Try putting it in the freezer for 10 mins. Or soak in warm water for a bit. Seems to help.

I was just about to post that handy tip. Always worked for me too.

@ShowMeTwice how does the Tripod v2 compare with the v1 when using the V1 in DL mode?
Funny you should ask... I tried it with the standard 4mm airflow before installing the 1.8mm AF pin and it is the same. It comes with the same AF inserts as batch 1 (1.0mm/1.2mm/ 1.5mm/1.8mm).

Atmizoo sells the newly released "Tripod fixed air flow tubes kit targeted for RDL / DL vaping. Five tubes with air flow hole 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.5 / 2.8 / 3.0 mm" as an optional item.

I think many RDL/DL vapers would be fine with the stock RTA. The airflow can be closed off/customized from the 4mm AF with the AFC ring. However, I would grab the kit if I knew for certain that I wanted a specific airflow in the 2-3mm range.

@Heartsdelight , here are the Tripod changes from batch 1 to 2...

Batch II does not have significant changes from batch I, mostly to ensure smooth collaboration with replacement parts in the future. Small details to be noted:

- The Top Cap is made only a tad bit stiffer in rotation, to avoid accidental easy twist when device is in a bag / pocket. Difference in feel is minor.

- Post screws are updated with SS instead of steel core with nickel plating of batch I. The specs are very similar (philips large pan head M2.5 x 4mm, head being by 0.25mm taller on cross point from their predecessors). Using the steel core, nickel plated screws ensures better wire grip and better screwdriver grip on head, plus tear and wear focused on screws (easily replaceable) rather than post threads. However this also requires regular preview / check for tear and wear on nickel plating plus replacement of screws on regular basis. SS screws offer peace of mind but a bit worse results on grip. We feel we have not informed our customers properly regarding this detail when releasing first batch, so the tear and wear on their screws might just be quicker than expected. This is why we have chosen peace of mind and will update all future batches from batch II and on with SS screws.

Together with batch II, we will also introduce two new accessories for the Tripod, added to the already published 3.4ml extension kit.

- A longer version of Tripod's bespoke drip tip top part, closer to classic MTL style drip tips.

- A fixed air flow tubes kit targeted for RDL / DL vaping. It consists of five tubes with air flow hole 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.5 / 2.8 / 3.0 mm, which work as a replacement of current positive post tube (air hole opening 4.0mm).

Thanks for all the info. :) I did read all you posted previously on Atmizoo’s site.

So if you have batch I you can buy the “accessories” like the 3.4ml extension, the airflow tubes (2.00-3.00mm) etc.?

You are most welcome. :)

Yes, all accessories they offer will work perfectly with the Tripod batch I and/or batch II.

If the 510 on the new Drone is exactly the same as the OG, it's not a matter of if it will leak, it's when... The tube going into the 510 is press fit and it will come loose over time.

The mod can accumulate a fair bit of juice inside before it starts showing on the outside. ;)
I don’t like the sound of that at all. With the way it’s built, when it leaks can it get to the electrics/chip? If it can, as sad as it is to say that may be a deal breaker. I found the black one for $101, “guaranteed authentic” so if I’m pulling the trigger on it it’s now. It’s just a little to high price to risk any later regrets though.
