I need to go back through to see all the bunny updates!! and looks like Toby was having an awesome time decorating!
He was sad the tree fell and broke lol he knows the tree goes up every year and he loves laying under it. He was happy when we went and got a new one though. Helped put it up :)

Making headway (I think) on the bunny trapping and have got someone that is willing to lend him her drop trap. These are awesome and very expensive. In my world of cat trappers we all several traps and only 1-2 of us have drop traps (I do not) but we all lend and help so I know the value of one.
I am hoping and wishing for an assistant for him but that might not happen as I have no connections up there and am just winging it by email and phone.
Maybe we can get Ricky's bunny home for the holidays with him. Stay tuned.

I'm here my friend :) I appreciate you thinking of me! Been really busy lately and a bit burned out on ECF. I do check in a few times daily but haven't been keeping up with many threads. The blizzard actually gave us a whopping 2 inches whereas a couple hours south of me is getting more like 2 feet

Since I'm here I'll post a Thanksgiving pic of Atticus doing his favorite thing in the world. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving

Atticus can levitate?

Cool.

But I guess you feel reassured by keeping him tethered.

    Morning shinies ;)

Happy Monday, Shinesters <3 If Saturday was Mech Wars: A New Hope, then today is Mech Wars: The Post Office Strikes Back. I was partially correct when I assumed that my Russian mech didn't make it on the truck for Saturday delivery. I called them this morning and turns out it got loaded on the wrong truck. It's on the right one today, so I should have it this afternoon. Whew.

Got my fingers crossed for you and the PO

So I cheated and only re-wicked. Here we are four happy soldiers. And then my mess! I cannot believe I have done this already. This is at my brand new house and I swore I was not going to do this again. I need to make like a secret little room/closet here at this house for all this mess. Disgusted with it. Now I do not even have a basement anymore to hide the table of destruction. Maybe the attic?View attachment 855509 View attachment 855511

I really like my Cerberus for a sub ohm tank. With the GT Core Mesh .18ohm in it, it's very good. Using it today while waiting at school for my son to come out for lunch. We do lunch every day. Love my bud. I also like the Nova Mod it came on. Same one as yours in the picture. Light, but solid.

I have more yarn coming this week not that I need that at all, but BF sales, couldn’t resist.
I imagine your yarn stash like so...

Got the NarCa today along with some spool tamers (forgot about those). Nice little atty with an Ultem cap. It's in relaxing in the UC while I figure out what to do with it.

I did finally build out the Riviera. Nice little tank. Definitely more air than the Venna but very pleasant with a fused Clapton 4 wrap at 0.35 ohm.

That’s about accurate. Thanks for the offer, but I really have as much as I will ever use, and I’m kinda picky about fibers.

That Siege is killing me. I went to pop a battery in, and the switch fell out. I cannot get it back in. I can see how it’s supposed to be, but my fingers are too short to reach. So frustrating.

Thanks again your awesome. I think I can do it myself if I have a trap. I’ll do it while I’m working and just check on it often.

I got it! I used a battery adapter. Hate that design though. Nothing to grab on the outside/bottom, and you have to drop it down inside the tube. It needs to go on from outside and have a little tab you can get a grip on. There’s no way to see where the tabs are once it’s in the tube.

    Nevertheless I prevailed.

Here's the Nova running my Augvape Occula RDA. Does a nice job. For $20.00, it's a great mod.

I enjoy not answering to anyone, having my own space that I don't have to share that's just mine. I have enough trouble making myself happy, much less another person. A simpler life is worth the sacrifice of companionship to me.

100% agree. Only responsibility is to my dog and cat. the way I want it.

Well it’s no secret that I wouldn’t mind having someone to do the yard work. That’s not much of a basis for a relationship though, I need you for an hour a week during the mowing season to swing a weed trimmer, then LEAVE!

I pay $35 biweekly to do the mowing during the season. Cheaper than a relationship.

@chanelvaps, I believe if something is going to happen it will.

My partner who has a type of limb girdle muscular dystrophy was and is suprised that I chose her. But I'm capable enough to make my own decisions, I don't need anyone to make them for me.

And when I met her things happened organically without being forced and when I wasn't really looking.

She can be a massive pain in the .... at times, but she's my pain in the .... and I don't know what I'd do without her.

@Fredman1, weird coincidence. Just ordered a Dahua CCTV system, had a major issue trying to get hold of the components, as most places will only sell to installers that will charge you an extra small-large fee for the privilege. Which I don't need.

@charlie1465, glad to hear that they're letting you home for a short reprieve. You must have been climbing the walls somewhat due to boredom.

Most importantly, what was the food like? As hospital food is a travesty at best, mostly.
Actually it all went a bit pear shaped. I'd just got home when the Nice hospital rang and said that my bloods were unexpectedly bad and I needed a transfusion again. Long story short I'm back in but into a really nice private room. At least I'll probably get both the stem cell collection and my anemia sorted at the same time.... Honestly though it was like slapstick... I'd got home and hadn't even packed my bag and the call came in. I then had a whole 20 minutes before the taxi came to pick me up again... :D

As far as as the food goes it's not good as you would expect... For supper I had 2 sausages with dried smash potato mix, a bowl of half water half lentil soup, a roll, cheese and a pot of fromage frais. If anything I think the French food is marginally better than English :D

Hope you're doing ok mate and good to see you popping in :nun:
