Good morning shiners! Don, the Spade is a beauty. When you get bored of it, I'll be happy to keep it entertained for you. ;)

And today I have Don's coils arriving to play with, along with some MLK sale e juice I stocked up on.

Has anyone ever had problems with a push top cap on a unicorn/gorilla bottle that refused to come off? If not, you have something to look forward to. After all my prying, pulling, cutting, and tearing at the cap, my best advice is just go straight for a hacksaw. It isn't worth the aggravation, as the cap is useless at the end of the battle, and you'll save yourself about a half hour of cursing and screaming.

teeth work well :D !!

    There's a hint... Perhaps you loaded batteries someplace nice and warm -- and with high humidity. Then took your Aegis to a cooler location for an extended period. As warm air will hold more moisture than the cool and the Aegis is sealed, perhaps moisture then condensed and collected in the bottom. And, with salt air and current flow, the impact on your batteries was enhanced.
    That would make sense, but I don’t take my dual battery mods out of the house. I think that’s part of why I’m so stymied. They sit next to me on a table if in use. Aegis is single battery, and definitely water proof. I’ve tested it, unintentionally lol... but, they don’t float sadly :lol:

    @NolaMel
    I went back and looked at the rust. Looks more like rust stains. Even the plastic ring on the top is stained. That's the first stage of the process. To me it can only mean a bit of water got into the battery case on the one side....?
    I see what you mean. But in a case, it’d run the length of the battery. The stain indicates the crime happened when they were on end, and not enough moisture to wick up under the wrap. Just irritating. I hate an unsolved mystery!

    Oops I neglected to ask if the case was stored on it's side or flat. If it layed down flat, then i'm stumped to...

    Well a built the single coiled Aromamizer and it's a flavor machine for sure. Like the air flow to.
    Not the easiest build deck to place a coil though. It goes in easy, but the height is a problem. In the end I sort of judged it by eye through the air holes...am I missing something?
    Is it a postless deck or velocity?
