My car was just hauled off to the collision place because a stupid person backed out of his driveway last night not leaving me any choice but to plow into him. I hit my brakes but to no avail. Late night run for blood pressure meds (8;45 pm) and the roads had been wet for days. As I am talking to my insurance this morning and reading them the notes from the Georgia State patrols paperwork I see that same stupid person had a car that had not been registered in a year! Yikes, hope his insurance is good. I do have uninsured if not.

Glad you weren’t hurt!

Never tried aliens I can’t make those.

Do they ramp up quicker than fused Claptons? I hate how fused Clapton’s drain the battery so quick and how I have to hold the button for a few seconds to get a good hit. Dual parallel coils seem to work best for me
Generally speaking, aliens are just fancy wrapped claptons with a kink in the outer wire. Some say the flavor is better but that would really come down to surface area. It's the material that will affect the ramp up time. I use Ni80 coils for all of my mechs because they ramp up quicker than SS or A1. I love that pretty blue color they get when you glow them, too :D I use aliens because I like the way they look. If I don't feel like spending the extra green on aliens, I can get basically the same vape from fused claptons of the same material and resistance.

Where does the condensation plug go? In theory I *want* a bb, but then they seem too fiddly/frustrating for me. I don’t think I’d enjoy it as much as another dotaio. I like the sealed tank
The condensation plug/sponge thingy goes down at the base of the tank where the airflow comes in. A place where traditional boro tanks often have condensation build up depending on the bridge.
BBs are great if you enjoy a bit of tinkering with rbas but I've never found it frustrating. You can also use different types of drop in coils.
I don't have a Dotaio (yet !) but they seem like a great design.

If you get yourself a vapesnail you'll have the sealed tank. You just have to make sure it's upsidedown when you take it apart :)

Today's vape was forged deep in the fires of Mount Doom.

No, I tried but found the airflow a bit restricted. That was on the first build though so I may try again tomorrow morning :)
That's how it looked to me.
With the air wide open (and no condensation plug) how does it compare vape-wise to the original Vapeshell?

Yea I use nichrome as well for fused Clapton’s. Don’t use kanthal much . I too like the pretty colours.

Just in a series build I find kanthal easier to build at a higher ohm

Still in a single battery mech fused Clapton’s just take too long for me to ramp up in a mech mod and wastes battery life so quick. Even in my higher end mods it just doesn’t hit as hard or ramp up as quick as I’d like. Plus you got to switch battery much sooner because around 3.8 volts or so the drop in power is much more noticeable than say a dual parallel build. I can run my coils right down to 3.4 volts usually

goodbye
Yeah, just messaged a guy about clear/smoked doors.

Decided not to tell my wife...until I get the answer.

Something I said awhile back...

Yeah I'ma gonna. Wife's a hurdle, but I found it's better to buy now and say I'm sorry later, than to ask permission first. Most of the time anyway. :D
