These are some sort of campanula I used to have sever varieties, lost all but these over the years
And the black ones are hollyhocks. Taller than me already which isn’t saying much, but it’s early in the year for them to be this high.
The orange ones are wild and I believe native, we call them ditch lilies.
All the way to NH they’re called Ditch Lilies.
I've got ditch lilies around the edge of my yard. They are tough plants.
There were hollyhocks by the back deck for ever. Last year I dug out a small bed and planted a bunch more in lots of different colors, with a small fence around because the dogs liked to dig them up when they first sprouted. All the new ones died. Hollyhocks always get some leaf rot in the spring but this year the leaves turned black and the plants died just as they were starting to sprout. I got one bright red flower. The only survivor was one of the original plants. Not sure if it was the heat or I didn't water them enough or just bad luck.
Columbines.
Day lilies here.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Thanks ya all for bombarding my brain. That is the reason I never remembered what is what. She'd ramble them off like a pro. By the time we made it 6 feet along the flowers I forgot what was in the first 3 feet.

Ummm, so my purple ones are what again???

I think Carli wiped out the tiger lilies last year.
