Morning shinies ;)

Trying out tri-cores this morning. Agree 100% @Letitia huge difference between these and a dual-core fused clapton - much better ramp up with tri-cores and why didn't I try them sooner?!?!
Nope not gonna say told you so lol
Good to hear you are enjoying them Ange.

I have both of them, both are great flavor MTL tanks :)

Oh, thanks, Nailz. I spent hours last night watching all kinds of YouTube videos and decided on those two, so I'm happy to hear that. I want easy and mostly MTL--loose MTL is my sweet spot. I figured Ares is for MTL, Hellvape gives me options if I need a change of pace.

The Ares 2 is a tighter vape than the MD, I do prefer the Ares 2 though, as I do have some problems filling the MD, as the bell of the chimney is so close to the fill hole, I get juice coming back out when filling, so just have to be careful, but on flavor, I would say they match each other, and I do think the MD is better looking, I don't like the base of the Ares 2, but the flavor makes up for the looks ;)

 You are a brat. Awesome choices, I can't wait for your thoughts on them - did you get a dvarw too? ;)

No, because I got mad at the cloners. I had it in my cart and was checking YT videos for building tips and such and learned that the original Dvarws FL are 24mm, which is my preferred tank size, but all the FL clones are 22mm. Only cloned DL FL version is 24mm. So I gave up.

Thanks for the tips! I wanted to try the Ares 2 when it was first introduced, I love my Zlides and Zeniths and I like Phil and Dimitri, but that branding all over the atty was really too much for me... :D But now, with the PMTA deadline approaching and the mail ban in the works, I figured that excessive branding is the least of my problems. I just want a reliable RTA, or two, OK, maybe six. :)

It's annoying how the dvarrw FL 22mm inserts only fit the FL MTL 22mm and the FL 24mm inserts on fit the FL DL 24mm RTA too in the clones.

I wonder what the difference in chimney size is between the MTL and DL versions? @Letitia or @charlie1465 or @ShowMeTwice know?

I want to try the new Berserker 2 next, was hoping a US store would have them in for 4th July sales, but no luck, but that one is a real good looker IMO
