Earlier while shopping at the SQuape store I came across the Pico Pro. Pipeline and eleaf worked together to update the Pico 75w mod.

PIPELINE Pico Pro mod

The Pipeline Pico Pro is stainless steel and aluminum. Single 18650 and can take atty's up to 24mm.

Four colors.

In a German YT video I watched the reviewer had his running with Arctic Fox. The Pipeline Pico Pro is only available at a handful of stores in Europe. DJ at FT did ask Annipan if they would carry them.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the significance of the flat wire for coils? Is it supposed to provide something that regular round wire doesn't?

I've been on the flat wire for a while now and it has a much faster ramp up time than normal round wire and because of the surface area it gives you the flavour of a clapton coil. The flat wire replaced the 30*2/38 baby clapton coils that I was using for a long time

I do still visit ECF, but way to little to keep track of the goings on here on this sparkling thread.
Thing is, I just don't buy anything anymore. I'm still vaping but mostly using AIOs...love them mesh coils.
After just about getting bored and contemplating giving up vaping...out of frustration for not getting the best out of my tobacco flavors, my vaping journey quite suddenly and unexpected was thrusted into another dimension lately, and I have to share that with you all.
As some of you might remember, I only do tobacco, and the pinnacle for me, is Naturally Extracted Tobacco. I have a cupboard full of different ones i've extracted myself, and they kept me happy for a while. Flavor is fantastic, but boy oh boy rewicking after every 3-4ml gets to you in the end....plus I fell in love with the flavor I got from my AIO mesh coils. Problem is I couldn't use my beloved NETs in the mesh coils...that would've cost me a fortune.
To make things more frustrating, i 've known of a technique a fantastic man @Str8vision has invented to remove the natural sugars (from the tobacco leaf) from the extraction...the sugars are the reason the wicks gunks up and don't last. Basically the alcohol is mixed with the PG/VG extracted liquid and then frozen and filtered while in the freezer. The sugars falls out of suspension and is seperated with filtering....Genius. He also posted several threads here helping loads of people. Thank You Friend...you took my vaping to the next (and ultimate) level

The technique involved using ethanol (95% alcohol). I've been trying to get hold of that for some 3 years now...that is a tearjerking story in itself.
Anyway by some miracle I got hold of another fantastic guy that has a garage full of the stuff...highest quality to. Yeah sure he said, I can give you a liter or two. Problem was he lived some 600km away from me and because of the laws of the land, he's not allowed to sell or ship it to me. NO PROBLEM, I did not wink an eyelid in driving to go get my PRECIOUS....and to make it all worth the while, after he heard my tearjerking story, he ended up giving me 8 liters for free

So it's been a few weeks since I had the stash...and needless to say, i've been busy.
The alcohol is not only used to remove the sugars, it also makes a fantastic extraction medium.
As i'm writing this, i'm testing my first finished "freeze filtered" batch of American Spirit (Perique) tobacco....fantastic stuff. I'm ecstatic to report i'm at 20ml and the wick is still going strong. I expected (and would've been happy with) about 10mls. This is just unheard of for NETs.
So now I have the old brain running hot with ideas for new flavor mixtures involving the tobacco as a base.
And best of all is I can use them all in pods and AIOs....

I've got an Everclear and Hawiian punch story from the '70's, but it gets kind of messy at the end.

I'm one of the simple folk who rarely use TC. The thing I like about DNA boards is the reliable resistance readings and the way they vape. Sometimes I go into escribe for fun and tweak a few parameters but usually with DNA 60s they just vape great for me straight out of the box.

I know your journey has been a long and interesting one. You've never been a man to settle for second best so I'm glad you've had this lightbulb moment and help from a great bloke.
What's 600km when the destination is important?

I get those dark wick edges in my Dvarw DLs where it touches the chimney too. I change wicks when it happens but maybe we should trim the "humps" of the wicks when first juiced up? A snip or two with scissors should do it.

I’ve never used Escribe - I should, just to see but... I like DNAs for all the same reasons. Once you get the hang of it, you can really fine tune your vape.

On top of being 3 days sick as a dog due to the covid shot i got,taking Paracetamol like M&M's and soooo tired i just came back from the pharmacy to pick up some pills for my pops.

Car parked right at the door but since it's old the locking mechanism just unlocks itself sometimes,so someone went into my glove compartment...
Had my Colossal+Hellvape Destiny RTA and my PX80....puff gone!!

It's ok thou,still got another Colossal at home but atty wise i will miss my Hellvape Destiny,it was my favorite RTA.
Got a OFRF RTA still unopened in a box,had 2...gave one away because to be honest i could never get the same flavor and results as my Hellvape Destiny.
Oh well,time to open it and see if i can get it working so at least i got something to vape...

Some days it just sucks,was like 3 minutes in the pharmacy and that is all it took...

Sorry for the rant guys,just ...... off.

Surface area, I think. The more surface area, the more vapor. That’s why complex coils are popular, all those wires twisted around one another add loads and loads of surface area, and to gain surface on a round wire all that could be done is to make the wire a bigger gauge which would lower resistance substantially.
There are pros and cons to all wire though, and not all atty posts are suitable for all wires.

Oh well,put the coil and wicked the OFRF and now i am vaping that,meh still not liking it but it will have to do for now.

At the end of the month when i get paid i will look for the Hellvape Destiny here in Spain,always good offers if you know where to look.
