i was teasing myself with the prospect of a brunnie again the other day and thought of your..very.healthy.hobby.
thinking abt stabwood too now, or rather just a highend squonker of some sort as topside #1 seems to be broken and i got to duckduckgoing to realize they all do_ should've ignored the stench and followed the Pig on that Squeeze back when you could find'em. otherwise maybe a Pulse 2, if there's no such thing as a highender for durability.

oh i dont sit and calculate carbs or anything like that.. it's actually helping with the energy and i think maybe with molloy's aches. doing it along with the intermittent fasting thing (aside from the ramadan thing, one meal a day). all the carbs ever did was carry someotherthing's flavour, and the bread i really like is prbbly going extinct along with levantine wheat anyway so... instead i indulge with savoury stuff_ all the meat, dairy snd veggies i want, drenched in the heartiest ghee i can find.
miss seasonal fruits though but the berries do the trick.

Sorry to hear your topside is breaking on you... mine is still going strong after more than a year of daily use. I recommend them all the time for their durability.
And yes, eating more meat, veggies and berries is good for you.

As for my health I'm still waiting to get into the pain clinic for injections.. my appt. is the 28th for that. But I'm managing through .. had a good day today.
My son had severe kidney stones and he ended up needing 2 surgeries in the last week, the second was day before yesterday... he is taking a few days off to heal right now, but he seems to be okay, although in some pain right now.
I can reply now that the bloody WiFi started working again

Now you say you are thinking of a stabwood or just a high end squonker, I can definitely help you out with either. I'm on the high end stabwood path myself at the moment(and lovin' it!!) It really depends on your budget there though

yep, the food is helping. but i keep saying i should get the cholesterol checked, was up before i moved to europe. dreading having to instruct the codtor on which type of test it should be, to check for the right cholesterol_ you never know if they're up on the research and they don't take instruction well_ sometimes i hate them more than disease: empasympathies to all that have to deal-with regs

to be bearfektly transparrenial_ errm_ i confess, the light in my eyes has shone away of late: been paying my dues to belgium (demeyere) rather than shenzen
so i guess i'm thinking for practacticality rather pleasure: if topsides and the like are gonna keep breaking down (and getting discontinued) i might as well buy a one-timer that won't buildup leakage, get the pins wornout or whatever happened to my particular topside... so yeah... IF it's durable_ and i guess not highhighend like those 300dollarers kraykraypigsie just referred me to... oh and yeah regulated i think... i mean i do enjoy occasionally putting the mods on bypass but i still haven't computed the point of getting an inconsistent vape with a mech all the time

Yes it can be difficult to make sure they are conducting the right testing that is needed.. just one more thing to deal with, but don't put it off too long!
