Yes, I’ve got the Ether in it, and that’s an easy build. I put a pre-made coil in it, 3.0 id (because I was feelin lazy and didn’t feel like swapping out the 3.5 rod in my jig to wrap lol). The mod is really solid and fabulous in hand. Very well done. Solid button, totally silent. I do not love taking the top plate off - and it seems like I’ll have to do a lot of that because it doesn’t get very good battery life. At all. I have to swap at least 30% sooner than any other mod I can think of. I’m using an 18650, and I will try it with a 21700. But still... I put the 3.0 AF in it, and get a hit about like BB - quite restricted, but not too much so for my tastes.
I know there’s a lot of love for these, but it’s not my fave. I like it okay, wouldn’t buy another tbh.
Did your ether screw in mouthpiece fit properly?

That's interesting.
I'm running the same builds at the same wattage in my Abyss/Ether combo and my Mixx/Dvarw and I haven't noticed worse battery life in the Abyss. I'll put a fresh battery in each, try and alternate evenly between rigs and keep an eye out.

Thanks for the info. I'm still looking forward to trying it. It's going to be a while though from sourcemore.

I also do be loving that Topside Dual. The machining and assembly is unmatched so far.

I’m actually using the 90watt Topside. I have a dual but it’s clunky so I don’t use it often. It’s good for away time from out of the house though.

The dual is a bit chonky (I've had a few people make a comment about its size), but I like the feel of having something substantial in my hand. Kind of reminds me of that chintzy ... cafeteria silverware that you can bend if you stab your food wrong - I like the heftier, thiccer silverware. It just feels better in hand.

But I get you, I get you.

Just saw that MFS is shutting down. Sad.
    Coupon Code : SHUTDOWN20

I bought all my first vape gear from MFS. Unfortunately after the Massachusetts flavored juice ban they shot off ALL sales to Massachusetts.

I contacted them and asked why they weren’t selling hardware to Mass because of a flavor juice ban. They replied that the computer couldn’t tell the difference from hardware to flavored juice. ie really means they didn’t want to spend the money or time updating their computer software since there are many vape companies who have done just that.

Still sucks to see any shop closed.

ECigMafia had me do this when one of the Sense tanks I received had a bent thread post where the tank sat crooked on the mod. I think they do that so you can't just pull a picture off of google and be like "replace this right meow!".

I've decided I'm going to stop using all VG/PG products and just vape pure concentrate. Honeydew everything! :w00t:

But for real, do you have a recommendation on best honeydew concentrate other than what the reviews are saying?

I generally put a fresh battery in everything first thing in the morning. They’re usually down about to 60% or a bit higher when I change them. I put the battery in the Abyss after dinner and by morning it was down to almost 50%. It’s at 22w and I went through one tank of juice. I can drain a Luna bottle and still have more battery left. I’m not really fussy about knowing exactly how battery life compares, but this was enough of a difference that I noticed.

The Abyss does have a very bright screen. That might be part of it or maybe it's just an inefficient chip.

Are you saying here that it's draining a lot sitting idle?
