Hope your arms aren't too stretched.

The same ones Dan. Sure you agree - well worth the price. Also helps local cottage industry. Win.

So my pops started using the bike today, just the 10 minutes in the morning and maybe another 10 minutes in the afternoon.
Same as when i started him with the treadmill i bought him the key is to get him started slowly, week or so of 10/20 minutes a day and then after that just keep on adding minutes.
When he started with the treadmill he barely did 10 minutes,3 months after that it was a full hour of walking and he wasn't even tired,so i am aiming for the same goal with the bike.

On the vaping front one more change of status on my Fasttech order:

2021-06-15 18:29 The item is processed at the PostNL sorting center

*waits patiently for @ShowMeTwice to pop in and make me feel all nice and tingly inside,he is the master of crushing your drea...ehhm sorry meant the master of making your day shine much brighter :rolleyes: *

Uh...don't mind me. I just need to get this out of me.
I'm at the pinnacle of my vaping liquid journey atm. Looking back it's been a hard slog getting flavors that suits me...but i'm filled with the feeling of...it's all worth it now !!!
The liquid is a NET I extracted myself...took me 4 months.
It's a Cavendish aromatic called Trout Stream. It's naturally sweet and smoky with a bit of caramel in the background....Heaven.

Congrats! I’m not a tobacco person, but it’s always seemed like one of the hardest flavors to nail. So I don’t think you’re at your pinnacle, I think you’ve found your stride and will continue to build on what you know now.
At any rate, it’s always worth the effort to learn something, and a thrill when you have that Eureka moment.

Unfortunately there's no Brunhilde on the side of the mod though, it's a bloody Kriemhild tanko_O
I'll just place one of my girls in;)

True...Pinnacle was the wrong choice of word. It actually came to me later on.
It's just such a huge relief that i'm finally happy with my flavors (this particular one being the best). I've been searching for a ADV since day one, and now it feels like I have several.
I've always been vaping away just so I don't go back to smoking. Now lately i'm like a kid in a candy store...I really can't get enough of it :D

That's really nice....I'm going to get one!!

I wonder how expensive that one will be?

According to the USPS gods, my Boxx is out for delivery. Now if they can just bring it to the correct house.
