Many trips to the vets and now is on prescription Hill diet for IBD/IBS
Hills..been there, done that. Their range is a money making racket....all their foods are loaded with carbohydrates, which is the cause of the inflammation in the first place.
Sorry just had to get that stab in :-x
I'll PM you :thumb:

which Blotto did you buy? Single coil, original or mini? I bought the single coil and it’s really very good. It’s a bit too restrictive but I like the flavor so I’ll keep using it.

I bought the single coil. I like a bit of a restricted DL sometimes

I wish I could find more Dead Rabbit SQs RDAs because I really love the flavor and the build deck and af is perfect for me.

If anyone sees one please let me know or if you have one to purchase or trade.

Used a flat ribbon twisted that I got from Lightning Vapes last year it’s at 0.45 ohms 3.0 id

Don’t mind my rayon this is after 3 hours of chain vaping vanilla custard lol!

I so agree with you. The vet will push whichever his supplier is. Some push Hills, some Purina One and some Royal Canin. The diabetic cat food is low carbs but super high phosphorus. The renal support is low phosphorus but super high carbs. The vets do not know any better because they get something like 2 hours of nutrition training in vet school. The rest of their info comes from the spin the food company gives them to sell the product. BUyer beware in this case Sarah.

Hey Bro. Doing just fine. Hope you're still living the dream?
Good onya for getting the Kumo. You won't be sorry...there's something about it that makes it different. I love it.
I'm very interested in that Cabeo, but there was a hooha the other day about the USA stopping postage to other countries...NZ included. Only certain (mostly essentials) items will be exported.
But I did order the clone from somewhere...can't remember where now...I am older than you, you know :p
Very exited about this Cabeo as it has the same juice flow system as the Kumo....which I think, is the backbone to why it performs soooo well. Problem is the Cabeo is a DL, but only holds 2ml...which is very weird to me :w00t:
Very good reviews all round about the Cabeo clone....we'll see.
How's things going up the mountain with the horses and wolves lady ;)
I'm livin' the dream best I'm able to. :thumb: Haven't been up north in a while. I am missing the horses, my lady friend and her daughters. Hoping to get up there before the snows fall and temps take a major nose dive. However, I'll likely go even with snow and cold weather.

The seller with Cabeo in the classies is in the UK. I wouldn't think that would be a problem shipping to NZ compared to shipping from the the USA, would it??? Maybe he could just declare it as high end flashlight parts. :D I'll be interested to hear your thoughts when you get yours.

The Cabeo holds 5.5ml. For an RBA that is only 38mm tall that's pretty impressive. Squape shop: https://shop.squape.ch/en/steampipes-cabeo-rta

Le Petit Vapoteur: Cabeo Atomiser Steampipes, high-end MTL/DL mono-coil atomiser | Le Petit Vapoteur

Steampipes makes different sized PEEK airflow inserts for the Cabeo DL and MTL. They sell 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm AF inserts for the DL Cabeo. Vapes By Enushi (Canada): Steampipes - Cabeo PEEK AFC Inlays - DL

They also sell an AF insert and 10 AF pins for the MTL version from 0.7mm - 1.7mm. Vapes By Enushi (Canada):
Steampipes - Cabeo PEEK MTL AFC Inlay Base
Steampipes - Cabeo MTL Air Pins

This is the default DL AF insert.

The AF inserts fit into the two notches on the build deck.

The price for that Cabeo is a bit stiff for me. I'll wait on my clone. Read all the reviews and seems it's a 1:1. Some has the original and don't see a difference...so that sounds encouraging.
Also it's advertised as a 2.0ml, but it's actually a 5.5ml...same as the original. So yeah i'm stoked, even though I haven't got it yet :p

None of those medicated foods are meant for long term use. Unfortunately no real regulations exist for pet foods, and companies ‘do their own research’ and spout a lot of nonsense.

My vet keeps track of what the dogs are eating and tries to see any illness patterns, plus she’ll email us if there’s a recall. Otherwise it really feels like we’re on our own trying to do the best we can.

that would be awesome. I’ve checked all over the world lol! It’s a perfect small 22 mm single coil and works fantastic with a squonk mod.

    Somewhere between here and there
Vape Mail brought me some “oldies” while I can still find them.

    Dead rabbit v2 RTA
    Druga
    The Troll

I liked the looks of the build decks.
    View attachment 962327

If I knew you wanted a Druga, I would have sent you one. I bought a couple and haven’t used them in ages.

Plz forgive me for carrying on. I hate to side track, but it's soooo important I feel I just have to.
Otherwise it really feels like we’re on our own trying to do

Thank god I have a small dog!
Dry pellets has only one advantage...it's convenient to us. It gives the dog/cat a feed yes, but it DO NOT nourish them...!!!
Dogs/Cats intestinal tracks are still the same as a wolf or a bobcat. Their bodies have evolved to get all the essential nutrients from raw meat only...they can not digest carbohydrates....even less than us. The amount of carbohydrates in pellets is mostly the reason the body gets inflamed. The pellets are also cooked under high heat, and that kills off all essential nutrients the body needs to feed it's building blocks...enzymes, amino acids etc etc etc...
All of what their bodies need is in raw meat. Because they're such resilient creatures, most dogs/cats cope with it (but their bodies still has oxidative stresses), but some can't...hence IBS, and many other illnesses.
Carbohydrates (which is actually sugar) is a silent killer for them...and us.
Here's a way to calculate the amount of carbohydrates in dry pet food.
    Screenshot_20210323-120950~2.jpg

I've seen some foods that has a stunningly good looking bag, but the food has a carbohydrate content 50-60%. Seems to me the higher the carb content, the bigger the marketing campaign.

Lowest i've seen up to now is Orijen. Their "Tundra" bag comes in at 18%. Apparently they use much less heat in the manufacturing process...who knows.

I want to add something that still amazes me. Since I started my dogs on a raw diet about a year ago, they don't drink water anymore. The water bowls are still there, but they just don't drink from it. Even after our morning walk...they don't drink water. Sounds crazy, but it's true.
I can only conclude that they get all their water needs from the meat....I do add some water to the ground meat patties before I dish it up for them though.
