Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

one package will be picked up today, the other package is really chaos, it goes from a central in the east country a couple of times every day lol.

I have been to the doctor, new blood tests in August, and there will also be a follow-up test before Christmas as well.
Then I went for 30 minutes on the spinning bike, at 4 o'clock my mate comes and we go for a walk, Øsa joins us.
Right now it's coffee !

The intention is that Caspardina will be on the new mod, but I have to modify the 510 pin on Caspardina as it is extremely long.

But, damn how small the Micro is.

Just ordered 4 mosfets (a few for spares) and wire from Modmaker UK. Very cheap.
Thanks to @Tor R for ongoing advice.
Hopefully I'll have a semi-regulated BXR up and running in the next few weeks.
That sounds like a fun project. It would be cool to see some pics of the process. I love the smell of rosin core solder, reminds me when I was young my dad worked on the side fixing tv's and radios back when most things were vacuum tubes (valves). There was magic in the glow of those tubes.:)

You gave me the idea. I'll take some photos when I get started and hopefully it should be a simple process with only 6 main wires needing attaching.
Finding the right sled for the mosfet will be interesting. I might just remove some of the components on the existing/dead board and use double-sided tape or glue to attach the mosfet. Not sure where I'll mount the LEDs yet but maybe instead of leaving the dead screen in place, I'll use some type of plastic or aluminium cover and drill little holes for the LEDs.

vape mail today. I got the Dovpo Tribute for review. It arrived way quicker than I expected.
I almost bought 2 of these, but they don't list the output voltage so I'm waiting. Interested to see if they just didn't list it like they do with everything else, or if it indeed lacks a boost.

I put it in voltage mode and it let me run it up to 8.5

Great mate, glad I could help a bit.

Leave the screen in place, possibly glue a black POM plate instead.
Mosfet board mounting, I haven't studied your mod, but maybe you can make a good solution with a plastic plate that you cut to fit the original board, and mount the mosfet board on that plate.

That's so weird. I don't get why they wouldn't mention that in their specs.
Out of any of the companies that I've reviewed for, Dovpo provides the least information and least amount of promotional images.
