Adorable! My cats names change regularly too. Probably the most common names they refuse to answer to are Stoppit and Gitdown.
I'll try to remember to post pics tomorrow. Well, I guess later today since I'm writing this after midnight so it already is tomorrow.
My cats names stay the same but I add little things to their names. Mango becomes The Mango Tango Man.
Joe becomes Joey Buttafuco and Cheddar becomes Cheddar Cheese and crackers mango sweet face.jpgJoe my guy!.jpgcheddar modeling.jpg

@Tor R, I just had a long conversation with my computer technician.

He told me the opposite of the information I posted recently - I was wrong.
For storing important data, platter drives (HDDs) are more reliable than SSDs, not less.

So you made the right choice buying HDDs for data storage.
Next time I post info like that I'll do some more serious fact checking.

    Beautiful babies!
You should post them on this thread
As I navigate all these ECF threads it is abundantly clear there are a whole lot of cat CRITTER lovers around here. Just look at the numerous photos and avatars. It's screaming for it's own thread so you people can get your feline CRITTER fix... Kitties & Kritters Klub

    Good midmorning Shiny's
Zoomies were particularly harrowing and I'm already ready for a nap. For a while I was wondering why I love having kittens in the house again. Lol
I couldn’t do kittens anymore at this stage in my life. Besides, the cat that I have now,Gracie, torments my lil puppy mill rescue Haley who has PTSD to begin with!

Gracie likes to hide behind doorways and furniture then ambushes poor Haley when she walks by :lol: ! She’s just being a normal devious cat but I rescue only senior (traumatized & scared) or disabled dogs (blind, neurological disorders, need shots, etc…) from puppy mills. So I want their life to be calm and relaxing since they’ve been through hell already.

But kittens can be so much “fun” Fortunately I took a lot of kitten videos so I can watch those for a good laugh!

    Haley ….

So back on track. I’m planning on selling several mods including several Provaris including P2s & P3s plus accessories. I bought these all new and really don’t know a lot about them except that none have been firmware updated as far as I know. I am planning on keeping one or two but these just don’t fit my vape style and I’m hoping someone that can get a lot of use for them instead of sitting in a box forever.

Its so difficult to research their worth. I mean I know what I paid for each but when I look up any for sale - new or used or updated- there’s a huge difference in amounts. Some people are selling them for crazy low money and not consistent with the prices on other classifieds that are getting sold.

As I said all are brand new except that I checked that they work. So they are all in excellent condition.

Any suggestions would be helpful. It’s a lot of work researching how much certain gear is worth and a fair price. All are in original packaging.

    Thanks Shinys

Here’s a couple of them so you can see what shape they’re in.

I think part of the problem is that there's a limited market for Provaris. People who know what they are and like them probably already have some. They sell quite slowly. There are some collectors out there, they want them in A1 condition which yours are.

I've seen scratched up painted ones go for $30. And some that sat on classified and never sold. Bet you would get a good price for that Goldie. I got one of them not so long ago, never used. Paid $120 on Ebay after looking for a long time, and that wasn't a flat top.

I think you are going to need to be patient. Good luck.

    Thanks for the update T.
I am very little upgraded when it comes to computer equipment these days, but I know there is technological development, sooner or later it happens that a memory becomes more reliable than the classic HDD.

I will work a bit with the Mixx project tonight, find a suitable place for a USB port for firmware upgrades.

    Morning shinies ;)

I've loved the look of the SM's Odd Job RBA since it came out. After seeing Todd's review, I ordered one.
