I do have some vape mail that I’m waiting on from Health Cabin.

I wanted to buy a couple of the Reload clones from 2F but the order just got too confusing because items were from different warehouses. Went back n forth with customer support which was responsive but just confused the crap out of me.

They canceled the order and I guess I’ll try again. I guess the coils I had in my shopping cart were in another warehouse from where the RDAs are held. I’ll just have two orders instead on one. Never had this check out confusion at any where else although that could’ve saved me A LOT of money!!

I emailed Hell Vape support last regarding the Dead Rabbit Pros that I bought from Sourcemore but they ALL have extremely loose top caps as I mentioned before.

Honestly I really can’t use them because just playing with the two afc’s makes the cap slip up and off. The other annoying thing is that it’s next to impossible to adjust one of the afc’s without moving the other afc ring. I can hold the cap done but it gets really hot. But I shouldn’t have to do that to any new RDA.

I sent them a summary of the issue plus videos and photos. I really hope they replace them.

Has anyone had an experience with Hellvape support or warranty issues?

It’ll be interesting to see how they respond.

I got a reply from Hellvape regarding the 3 Dead Rabbit Pros that I bought that have loose top caps to the point they’re so loose I can’t use them because they fall off. The two afc rings are also so loose that it’s impossible to adjust one without moving the 2nd one. Just poor qc by Hellvape with this lot that I bought from Sourcemore.

They basically told me too bad - to quote “engineers said to buy bigger O rings”.

What????!!!!

I did try the thicker o rings in the accessories bag without luck. Too thick.

I’m incredibly disappointed because I’ve been hugely vocal about how much I love their RDAs especially the Dead Rabbit line up on this and other forums. I could probably open a store with all the Hellvape products I have.

So I guess I’ll try the o rings off from other attys I have and hope that I get lucky.

Good afternoon happy Shiny people!!

Been whittling away at getting all my gear boxes up. Remind me going forward not to take hundreds of devices out of their boxes if I’m not using them at the moment. Sure it was fun to look at everything until it wasn’t anymore lol! Stuff collects dust too especially hard to dust 50 plus atomizers!

So it’s going slowly but at least I’m working on it instead of closing my eyes from being overwhelmed by so much vape gear.
