One key to a long life on these attys is to keep them wet. Just like a true 306, they don't like being dry. :)

Ugghhh, by the time I got my order in the bottom feeder styles were gone!! I did get the regular to try out, but was really looking forward to the bottom feeder! I am on the notify list, so hopefully they get more in soon. The fact that they sold out in the first few days should have Bruce pretty happy with his decision to sell them huh??

My package from COV arrived an hour ago with the 2.0ohm bottom feeder hybrids I had ordered .. couldnt wait to try one! I've always debridged my atty's and had assumed these hybrids would taste similar to my debridged ones .. wrong! This is GREAT!!!! Seems like no matter how much juice I push into it from my Monkeyboxx bottom feeder, it keeps only the exact right amount of the juice in the atty and the rest drains away .. no flooding, gurgling .. nice nice NICE!!!

AG, had it not been for you saying so much about them I doubt I would have gotten them. Thanks!!!

Now I just need to know how to clean them, I usually use an alcohol bath in a sonic cleaner and then do a few dry burns .. do you think these can be dry burned without popping?

Thanks AG, wasnt sure if they would work that well or not. Recieved a notification from COV this morning that the bottom feeder hybrids were back in stock, so got an order in for a couple of those!!! :) now just waiting to get my feeder Grip to put them on.
The standards work on BF's too, but they don't have the slotted cases. :)

No VV anymore. Found it was not for me.

I hear this on the forums a lot. Don't understand how VV can be "not for" someone. Now, this is not smack talking, I haven't got a VV mod, just wondering what people don't like. It seems being able to adjust your own voltage is all positive with no downside. Can someone educate me as to what I'm missing?

You are correct, but there are other variables. Unless you have a particular type, you can not chain vape them without the circuit cutting off. Frankly, the $$$ is not worth it if I am happy chain vaping @ 3.7V. I can deal with the V drop, but must be able to chain vape when I want to. It's like having that 5 second eGo again...ugh.

I was a guinea pig for the Hybrid, & I don't think for $8.99 (less 10% BIGBUYER discount), anyone will be disappointed. :)

Pardon moi. I should have said "pig-ette" ;)

I absolutely don't know how COV did it, but my 2 Hybrids arrived today! I ordered both the BF and the regular. So far, I've only been using the BF, and it is everything you said, AG. A TON of vapor, an easy draw and just feels a bit different than either a 510 or a 306. It is on my Reo Mini and the feed of juice to the atty is perfect, each draw is smooth. I'm loving this and would like to say thank you to Bruce who got them to the West Coast in 2 days?? WOW.

The addition of a ruby red ming drip tip didn't hurt either. :)

you can if its a switching regulator and not the linear one...mbvv and Grip vv feeder do NOT cut off..I'm a chain vaper...go through like 8-10 ml's juice a day
with no problem with either one of these mods..:)

I have a Pro Vari and it is fantastic. It only cuts off when there is a possibility of "popping" the atty. Variable Voltage is the way to go IMO. I can make any cart or atty work the way I like it (taste, vapor, throat hit).

I also have found that some LR attys are better at 3.3 or 3.4V............if you have a standard 3.7V battery that atty would be useless.

the "smart" VV pv's out now, have an amp limiter that will shut off if the resistance is too low ... i.e. and why would one want to use an LR atty on a VV? anyway, it's certainly not necessary... (i know, some want to try the Dual Coil carto LR at HV)...

but anyway, the Provari has a 15 or 16 second cutoff... i've had 2 vari's for 7 months and have never even gone over 15 seconds on a drag.
