Shari, please post some pics when the kitchen is done (and the living room too!). I wanna see!

I will most definitely post pictures. Of the kitchen. Of the living room. And eventually, after we get our act together and get to Seattle, of the grandbaby. The timeline keeps moving. I knew these things are never done on time but it looks like end of August for all the remodeling and I will not book a flight until all house stuff is done. Just hoping we do not have any more surprises.

Insomnia. Should of been in bed about 5 hours ago.

I enjoy reading about new things people have.
OK Top just for you here's a quick preview of tomorrows post on the EHPRO KFL+ and the Helmsman...

First the KFL +:

If you're looking for an easy draw that isn't airy and still delivers all the flavor and vapor you could want in one simple to use unit, this is it.

Mine is black (color notwithstanding) and has the best "out-of-the-box" performance I have found since moving away from drippers due to my line of work. And yes, I pair mine with a dna 20 mod (hana, my wife calls her my girlfriend lol), but even pulling it back to "normal" range (around 3.7 volts) it just puts out more vapor and flavor than anything but a dripper.

As for the Helmsman:

If you want a mechanical mod that you can almost drive nails with its so tough... here ya go. Just watch out for the stiff "throw" on the firing button.

I totally agree with your assessment of the KFL+. I use them exclusively while my (formerly) beloved ProTanks now gather dust.
Thaya-

I'm right with you there, the only time I use my dripper is when I want to blow clouds for fun or need a quick blast of nicotine.

I found that a 3/32" coil around 1.7ohms lets me run a slightly larger wick and allows for longer, deep lung hits at a higher power. Have you tried a larger micro coil in one yet?

Well this has been quite the week, Monday we had to make our quarterly trip to his doctor in Atlanta, Tuesday I celebrated 11 months smoke free, Wednesday we had to take my 2006 HHR in to the dealer for the recall work, while waiting of course we had to amuse ourselves by looking at the new cars. I've had the HHR for 8 years and hadn't yet seen anything in my price range that I liked well enough to even think about trading it. On Wednesday that all changed and look what followed me home.

Hi all. Just taking a peek in here to see if I missed anything. New cabinets come in tomorrow morning so I will give you all an update.

We are still bleeding money with this remodel. The contractor disposed of the 5 foot long wood countertop that went on top of the cabinets in the hall that made up a desk. We were keeping that. No solution yet, but he is going to pay for the replacement top whether he wants to or not.

I can not and will not sustain angry. Just not good for me or anyone around me. I am rolling with the flow as best I can.

I am good with my vaping right now and thank goodness and the man upstairs for that. If I was smoking now I would be sicker than a dog with the coughing. It took me several months and several crisis to realize that I could face most anything without a cigarette. Some shaky ground here and there, but my stubbornness won out in the end.

I wish I could do this with food and the peanut butter cups. I try and I can not seem to substitute healthy food for the treats when I am stressed. So that is my ongoing project and I am not as successful there.
Sheri does this mean the remodel is almost done! Oh the patience you must have! Want pics of the completed project!

Td I know I mentioned before that I got a spheroid from vapourart. But I did not really review it so here you go.

First the design is amazing! It is very sleek and an amazing piece of art IMHO
The coil rebuild and assembly is so easy, the base and the length from the screws is perfectly designed. I have rebuilt a lot of my equipment and the screws on the base you don't need any special tools, just your fingertips. It is easily adjustable for throat hit, with simply raising the coil.
Since I have gotten it I have had no dry hits, I have used a few different wicking materials, but the fluff designed for the device delivers the liquid perfectly. Am currently using cotton and I am cleaning it today and rebuilding with rayon (thanks to thay for the samples to play with)

It does not leak, it does not pop no matter if it lays on its side! It has traveled well with me the last weeke and a half with only refilling my liquid! Even on a few different plane trips!

The vape is perfect and the flavor of my juice is amazing compared to the other devices I have used!
The cloud production with even a 50/50 mix is outta this world!

This review is brought to you by darksparkle raving over vapourart spheroid! Lol:2cool:

Thanks, :)
It's a Chevy Spark, in CA and OR it is available as an electric car but here it's just a gas miser, 40 mpg, hwy, 30 city.

Strange thing is I keep envisioning it with long white whiskers and cat ears, lol.

Congratulations on 11 months smoke free. Yeah!!! :rickroll:

VAPER IN THE WILD ALERT !!!

The wild was my house. Had the cable guy out to check reception problems we have been having and dropped phone calls. He started working on the DVR and tv in the living room and saw my Provari Mini on the coffee table. He knew exactly what it was and that there was a R91 topping it off. First time that someone recognized I have a Provari.

Turns out he has been vaping for 8 months and went out to his truck and brought in his Magneto and Tobh atty. He is sub ohming at .6 and is making his own juice. We talked shop for 15 minutes or so, I gave him a little piece of rayon to try. He ended up fixing the rolling screen on DH tv in bedroom and we got 3 brand new dvr boxes. This cable company never gives out new equipment. They always give you used stuff. So today was a good day.

The kitchen cabinets got installed and look great. The granite guy came out and took the measurements and that is set for the 29th. So progress is finally being made.

I'm really happy to hear things are going better for you. :)

I forgot to mention that I went to MOV yesterday, actually I kind of forgot I did in the insanity of this week. Their original B&M is close to the Chevy dealership so we stopped in. They are super super people and the store is nice, not fancy but more than adequate and lab spotless with excellent ventilation, with 4 of us in there vaping there was no fog at all and the only odor was one of clean air. I reupped my Chai Tea Latte and got some Strawberry Brulee that is very tasty, I also got a cyclone bottom feeder atty that they were more than happy to drill out right there. The two gals at the counter who were vaping Reos, went nuts over the decals on mine and tried to talk me into making some for them.

I was kind of flattered to be called an advanced vaper by them. :)

Claudia, congrats on 11 months smoke-free and your new wheels! One year is just around the corner! I guess you are an 'advanced vaper'. :)

Shari, looks like your house is finally coming together. It's been a long road. What a nice coincidence running into a vaper in your own house. I've still yet to come across one.

Well, I just found this thread, and I'm glad, because I'm trying to taper-down/leave off the cigarettes for the 2nd time, but it seems much harder for me this time. Back in February it seemed like they just fell away, but now they seem to be dogging my every footstep.

I was 110 days smoke-free when I had to have an emergency appendectomy; that went great, thanks to the clear lungs, and I got to go home the same day. But the next 3 days, thanks to a long-standing case of IBS, were pure hell, at both ends. I didn't eat, vape, or even manage to drink much of anything that I could keep down, for about 4 days. When that was finally over, EVERYTHING tasted awful to me, including my much-beloved ADV Virginia. But at 115 days smoke-free, cravings were just slapping me around, so I smoked. That was June 22, and although I've been trying to vape for a couple weeks now, it still tastes a bit odd to me, and I'm still smoking, even though I don't really want to be -- it's like that giant bully in the tv commercial, bossing me around. :(
