Ask not what your forum can do for you.......hmm...too much? Geeze, I hope all this power doesn't go to my head.![]()
I appreciate the opportunity to help where I can. Thank you, Lox.

Thanks, Andria, and congrats on your Guru status.
I'm glad you came back to the thread. We definitely need to breathe some new life into it. It was less than a year ago that this thread was hopping so fast that it was hard to keep up. I miss that.![]()
I couldn't agree more. Even after being off cigarettes for nearly 1 1/2 years I still feel like I'm only 1 cigarette away from returning to being a smoker. Some people can have an occasional cigarette and not go back to it full force. I don't think I could do that, and I don't want to find out either. I was a very heavy smoker and now I'm a very heavy vaper. I started off at 24mg nic and am now down to 6mg without cravings. Thank goodness we have vaping to help us along. I tried, and couldn't do it any other way.
But now I know it's exactly the same for me as booze; I can't have even one, or I'll be off to the races all over again, and quitting the 2nd time was a lot more challenging than the first time around. One of the main things that's helped me stay sober for 22 yrs is that I have no idea if I could ever do it again, so I'd rather not find out! With either!I couldn't agree more. Rotowoman, I'm sorry to hear you're still struggling with smoking. I struggled with being a dual user for 4 months before I was finally able to give up the smokes. And that was on my third separate attempt!
What seems to be the thing causing you the most problems? Stress, personal or social triggers, equipment/juice problems, cravings and other things can all contribute to making us revert back to our old 'friend'... cigarettes. Trying to zero in on the problem could help you figure out how to best fight it.
