Oh forgot to update my thoughts on the Yosen SX ...
As I said earlier it is much lighter at 150 grams, the same weight as a SXmini. This threw me off at first because I am used to the hefty feel of my other Zeros.
The build quality, specifically the machining and finish of the frame is much better than the V1 & V2 DNA Zeros. They even sanded down the edges of the frame this time so it doesn't have that sharp feel. The only thing I don't like about the build is that the acrylic body does not meet the edge of the frame at all four corners. At each corner there is a 2mm space, which is not a QC flaw, this is by design because they are all like this ... and I wished it was not. Its like they couldn't figure out how to make the corners meet while keeping the rest of it flush.
This is where I am giving props to Eachely because I have been told that need to go slower with producing the Wood SX in order to make sure every corner is flush and filled to the edge. The pulled it off with their sample which we have already seen ... SXK needs to follow suit.
The acrylic body itself feels sturdy, and hard, not fragile like it would break easy. Thank you Jesus the 510 threads are what you would expect from a manufacturer like SXK. For the record let me say that the reoccurring issues with poor 510 threads on the DNA Zero that showed up throughout ALL BATCHES, was because there were literally thousands of these frames machined and tapped incorrectly at one time ... thousands ... China being China they were not going throw out thousands of stainless steel frames just because they screwed them up .. and that is why to this day they continue to show up.
So again, the 510 threads on the Yosen SX are actually better than the best DNA Zero was. The battery cap is brass, the removable 510 cap is SS. The threading is great on both, like usual SXK great. The new flat switch is nice, I think I like it better than the one on the DNA Zero. The display is not as bright as the Eachely SX but that it due to the design of the Yosen which has a kind of smoked display screen ... as far as the chip, it is the same exact chip as many of us have already been using in the Eachely SX, no difference at all.
Thats all I have right now
