You are welcome, and thank you so much hun .. Its a shame that shipping costs are so high from the US to UK, shouldn't we have some type of agreement between countries that makes shipping free? I can relate to your plight a bit because sometimes there are things that I want that only happen to be available in UK shops, like the Taifun GT 2 when I was thinking of getting the authentic, but the US dollar sucks and the rate of exchange is painful

In other news .. Eachely alerted me to some new news about yet another SX Zero variation they have come up with. They sent me a picture so I will come back with more details later and explain. Eachely specifically asked me to put the feelers out and reply with feedback about consumers reactions so, I hope at least a few posters/lurkers will be around later.

That listing is one big fat lie, so do not believe anything that this Ebay seller, who also goes by another vendor name is saying because they are lying and attempting to slander to Hotcig out of revenge ... that is all. You are smack on ZeroOhm, the true source of these chips have been previously verified and thank you for providing further proof of the chips source ... This Ebay seller, which is not that unfamiliar to us (wink wink) HAS AN AGENDA ... Some people don't do well with being publicly humiliated, as well as passed over behind the scenes.

Nice reply! looks like its down to your own judgement! The hotcig chips from what I could tell (as I have never seen a real Yihi board were not available to modders or the general public) were real, board analysis of components used and board design were all consistent with a design made by YiHi. Just to say not one dna clone board has the same design as an evolv board all are reversed engineered and use other components and board design.

It may possibly be YiHi have fire sold SX350s given the movement in the vaping market and are dumping stock I can't wait to see a real review of one which will most probably not happen (a real teardown, hires board pictures and verified firmware not to mention output voltages) I have been vaping SX350s boards (30W before any firmware updates) since March 2013 so i would know exactly if it was a real one.

Varitube are selllng SX350s for $70 plus the mod and thats a loss for us in the UK and USA its China anything is possible but so is the misinformation, trickery and its business after all (No racism I am 50% Chinese myself)

It amuses me sellers advertise vapegear with pictures & specs that are not of the actual vapegear they are selling It's like selling a house online then when you get there the seller says it's this one!

ZeroOhm, yes, the hard part of changing the 510 is going to be tapping the SS frame. I have access to a machine shop so will be taking advantage of that. I'm waiting on one new mod rigt now and then will get it done. I do think my Yosen Zero is my prettiest mod. However, with what this cost me, plus chip and 510, I could have had another SX Mini. But, I bought it, its here, and I may as well make it a good mod.

Fyi, don't know if this had been covered, the FT SX clone is the hotcig version. Does that mean the chip is clone or authentic? Can't remember. LOL

This is NOT a hotcig model. The pic is not accurate and taken of a hotcig. But the look is exactly the same. The new models have just left the mfg to me today and are on the way. Once i receive i will update with the actual pics.

And yes, it is an authentic SX-350 chip. Not the fake sx-300 chip that hotcig uses. I used to sell the hotcig until they were caught lying about their chip. And delivery. I was then able to find this manufacturer with much better quality.

I would NOT list a fake or mislead in any way. Especially on eBay which is ALL pro-buyer. You can see I am a powerseller and 100% positive feedback. The last thing I would do is misrepresent an item.

Be assured, I know it sounds too good to be true, but this IS a real YiHi SX350 chip. And a steal at this price considering the units out there with a fake SX300 and the build quality of them. If you are unhappy with the unit in any way shape or form, we will gladly take it back for a full refund.

Give me one unit at half price (below your cost obviously) and I will compare and review your SX350 version, post it on the forum and put it up on Youtube.

Ok people .. so in the wee hours of the morning Eachely skypes me with this ...

At first I am excited because I thought they were telling me the Wood Zero was done, but when I looked closely it was errrr .. different. The above is a PMMA sample they have created. So of course I panic because I think they are telling me that they are no longer doing the Wood Zero, but they are. They are making the Wood and this PMMA SX Zero.

I asked why? They said it was because production would be slow and limited on the Wood SX, while they could churn out the PMMA wood looking body much faster, so they plan to offer and sell both. I also think this was knee jerk reaction to Yosen's SX in acrylic, kind of their answer to that, but that is my own speculation.

I can't speak for anyone else but I don't really want a PMMA SX Zero, most especially for the same price But I told them I would share their photo and let them know what people thought of it ... Errr, your turn

Fasttech only had the 35W Zero, not the 50W .. to answer your question please see ZeroOhm's photos with the Yihi receipt in it.

I can't speak for anyone else but I don't really want a PMMA SX Zero, most especially for the same price But I told them I would share their photo and let them know what people thought of it ... Errr, your turn

I like the fit of the material against the frame edge, as seen in the pic. I thought a lot of the clones looked too roughly made and wouldn't buy them for that reason.
If they can maintain that quality then I would consider this over the cloupor mini. These two are my choices right now. I would buy the wood model over any other IF there was product to buy. if they are going to use a composite plastic then make sure the parts all line up and people will ignore what it's made of because the mod itself works good. Maybe put out special editions (of other materials) as they get product made along the way.

I am waiting to buy one of these. If it matters. My opinion: just get something reliable to market. NO OFFENCE meant to any retailer or manufacturer but not being able to buy when the buyer is ready is annoying and makes people look at other products.

Nikki, I'm likely to only buy a real wood one or another with the removeable sleeve like I have. The composite looks pretty decent, actually, and might be very strong. Price will also have a big influence on my decisions. So far from what I see of Yosen's acrylic, the price point is pushing it. Eacheley's pricing is yet unknown so its hard for me to say at this time.

I agree with that ... What is the point of announcing something to market if its going to take a year a day to get to the market? I will ask what if any other colors in PMMA they might be planning on ... I might not be mad at a dark dark Red one

Yeah the wood is the one I really want, but as I said above if they can do deep red in PMMA I might be game for that also. I did ask about price, and was told "around the same", which IMO it shouldn't be. They have opened to this idea of PMMA because they can machine it faster and produce more, but I would like to think that it also costs them less, so ...

I just want one too [emoji24] I saw when they had 14 but had my heart set on a wood one so I held off. Wasn't too big a fan of their acrylic they're going to release, I'd rather have the ss between the two.

Kind of eyeing the sx mini, but at the price point it's a bit high for me, and on top of that they may have another model with their temp control chip they're coming out in may.

Decisions decisions. I only really wanted to pick up one regulated box mod haha.. Gosh, I hope I understood this entire thread correctly haha. Here's to hoping they put out more stock soon. Pardon in advance for any confusion. I'm new.
