It's also nowhere near as stable.
I love my SG-1 but it still relies on the 510 connector.
I just didn't like drawing air through the battery chamber with SG-1, although I did find a solution ( I'll post pictures when I have time) . The sigelei solution is smaller than the MKB, but you sacrifice air flow control and the drip chamber.
I just ordered a fusions mods SG-1 for my 13b, pretty excited for it. Now I just need to order a Hercules sooner than later. No point really in buying an MKB when I can use my Segelei as a hybrid.

Better get out the magnifying glass there Techo cause that's been machined there not pressed
Pretty sure the base on my Term C was machined, I'm not sure why they'd change it.
So my one question is... Does the Hercules have that same glued on 510 connection on the base like the terminator? Went through a couple of those because it just snapped off whenever I dropped my term-c onto a hard floor =/
Ya but he is wrong, they crack at where I have marked with the arrow because of how thin it is. They should have just left it like v1 Oddy and let folk notch out airways if they have a Provari.

I'm one of those poor souls that witnessed it first hand, I dropped it
How can a solid piece of SS stock crack and break at that point if milled out of one piece?
It's thin as paper on the outside of that raised area around the 510. I'm leaving work now, when I get home I'll post a picture of it
Note the part around the 510 it the thick part, look at the larger part right at the break to see just how thin it is.How can a solid piece of SS stock crack and break at that point if milled out of one piece?
I also have v1 and v2 bases and know the difference.. What I'm trying to say, if they were not a separate piece, and milled from the same stock as the base, it shouldn't crack or break at all no matter how thin the lip is..
Anyhow, the Odysseus was never really designed for a 510 base. Imeo just made them later to please folks who wanted to use them on other mods. We could banter back and forth all day, but until I see hard proof that the connector/lip is milled out of one piece of solid stock, I won't believe it. It does not make sense on the manufacturer's standpoint to do so otherwise at the price-point offered.
