The 800lb gorilla question is whether bottled unflavored nic will be permitted or not. If it is, buying online will likely be a thing of the past. It will be stamped and taxed at the State level. B&M purchases only and prices will be jacked.
Personally, I can live with a new era of controlled nic sales as long as unflavored is available in a bottle. I didn't get into vaping to save money. I did it to save my life.
I've been DIY'ing for 10 months now. It's pretty easy but not for everyone. Not everyone likes to cook and not everyone likes to mix their own juice. However, ready to mix flavor concentrate will be really tough to regulate and or eradicate. I can envision a future where you buy your nic base from a local store and then mix your pre-made flavor on your own. Just like mixed drinks. DIY is more complicated that this but ready mixed complex recipes take the tricky part out of DIY.
States are most interested in revenue. They will grab that for sure. It would be a win-win if bottled unflavored nic is permitted after the dust settles. The only sour pill we would have to swallow is cost. Hardly a shock. It's how America rolls.
