Generally starting any flavor at 3% is a safe bet. You can always add more flavor after it steeps a few Days at least. I alway mix small batches in larger bottles that way if I need to add more base to cut it I can. I wouldn't doubt that one is good at 2%. I like Arabic at 2.5-3.3% where as some others mix Arabic at 9%, I found it unlikable at 5% but great at 3. A lot of it I think has to do with the atty or coil set up.

Ok, an update.
As I posted earlier, I placed an order yesterday (Saturday) with buyhangsen. I made a mistake an ordered $100.00 worth of eliquid when I meant to order concentrate. I placed a second order of all concentrates. Sent a message along with the order asking for a refund for the first order or they could just exchange the eliquid with concentrate of their choice. Did not mention ECF. Did not use any offer codes. Got an email last night, only hours later with an apology for the late response. Also refunded the mont from the first order. Outstanding. Here is the messages:

I accidentally placed an order earlier today (173) I didn't realize I was buying juice not concentrate. I wanted concentrate. Is there a way to refund that, and if not, could you at least just throw in some other concentrates instead of the juice? Thanks!

I just tried HS Congress flavor at 5% and it turned out to be a very nice vape similar to the Parliament cigarettes I used to enjoy. At higher percentages, you will begin to detect a herbal taste - but not the kind of herb you are thinking of... It is very faint, and I can not quite describe it - Rosemary perhaps? But not exactly. Whatever it is, I enjoy it very much and it's going to be my all day vape.

As far as hangsen tobaccos I find 7% my sweet spot. But keep in mind that's me and I like a stronger tobacco taste.

I've also found why I've had trouble replicating some flavors... The premixed I started with were in hs bottles, no wonder I had trouble with rebottled old hangsen concentrates. Can not wait to get the fresh factory sealed flavors from buyhangsen.com

There's rarely a consensus on an exact flavor percentage. I don't recall a mention of it. Thread search lemonade. With the thread tools above.

Anybody have any experience with Arabic Menthol???
I picked up a bottle, my brother in law wanted me to make him some good menthol, I am gonna assume it will need to steep for a couple weeks, but I will use the CP to speed things up, prolly start at 2% (ecx says 1% but I can always add base)

Hangsen arabic is one of my main vapes. Do the arabic at 5 - 7% and add menthol to taste. 3 - 4 hours in the CP should steep it fine. If you like your arabic nutty then by all means use about 1.5% AP. I've also done it with 2% hangsen vanilla.
If your into hangsen may I suggest www.buyhangsen.com. Best place in the USA to get original hangsen flavors.

Arabic is one of my main vapes @. 3.33% in an rba.. Did not like it @ 5 %. I get a much better th @3% too. Everyone's different
