I just finished reading that thread, and couldn't resist.

Ordered 5 ml of Samara Rustica. I can't get 190 proof PGA here, in Michigan. so I'll have to use 151 & PG for my solution.
Unavailable to me as well. I used 80 proof cheap vodka, skipping the pg. Works a treat without viscosity issues. I have diluted 1ml to date, vaping 3-5ml daily and still alive. :p

I'm hooked on hangsen magic mix, reordered it 3 times already. I'm curious whether anyone here has compared it side by side with fortunate strike or are they just repeating something they read.

Its the same thing. No need to try, hangsen would know if they had two lucky strikes. Fortune strike is an old name, they had renamed a number of their cigarette names. This is going back to research two years ago.

Heres a recent list of their flavors

I thought it would be worth adding.. If you got one labled hs fortune strike it could be 3-4 yrs old, thus it would taste different. :) lol

Yes, I have had both side-by-side -- and they are the same (and delicious).

Magic Mix is in the same bucket as Indian and Turkish imo. If you like either of those 2 you will most likely like magic mix.

In my experience with HS (and I've tried a lot of them), they seem to have "classes" of flavors that are similar. For the sweeter side you have Flue, Deluxe, Tab, VA, Gold and Silver etc. For the more unique and earthy notes you have Indian, Turkish, Magic Mix, Arabic (I don't like this one), etc. The nuttier side you have Highway and No5.

I personally find RY1, RY3, and USA Red on the dry side and I don't care for them much. I know many love them though so my opinion is only just that.

My favorite tobacco vape has remained the same for nearly 2 years. I'm still addicted to Desert Ship as much now as I was when I discovered it. I add just a little AP/EM to it and that's it. I actually ran out on purpose recently so I could vape all the other ones I have mixed because they were sitting too long. lol.

Totally understand Matt. Indian is unusual in several ways but it works with my tongue. I don't recall it being sweet but I haven't vaped it in a couple months so memory isn't nearly as good as a fresh vape. I vape low power 95% of the time so I should include that as a disclaimer in my posts. With such a large variability in what equipment people use it makes it hard to compare apples to apples even from the same exact bottle. I'm not sure what you use but I have to mix special recipes for my subtank.

I believe what's he's referring to is a similar base. I see flavors that can be grouped by the net base hangsen uses to build the flavor. .

As far as we know hangsen does use three different nets that they extract on site. These are the signature hangsen tobaccos tastes that flavors are built from imo. You can taste the underlying similarity in groups of juice. These groups use the same net profile.

Totally agree Jeremy, I probably couldn't tell the Indian base from the additive though cause I couldn't get past it. :D

Edit: off topic, I'm vaping some VZ super concentrate stuff at less than %2 just to get rid of it, tastes like Flavourart's Chinese brother, little "tobacco" flavor, lots of chemical. If anyone ever tried L smoke juice, this is definitely the flavoring they use.
