Couple weeks ago posted I had some new Hangsen tobacco flavors. Finally freed up enough bottles to do some mixing (I made a vow early on in DIY that I would not have 50 bottles sitting around of different mixes - I only have 10 15ml bottles). Anywho this is what I just mixed and have in the ultrasonic.

5ml 18mg nic 60/40 PG/VG

Magic Mix 8%
Deluxe tobacco 8%
Cigar 8%
Cuba 10% (Cuba is clear so bumped it up to 10%)

I'll do around 10 eight minute cycles in the US then shake and hide for 3 days. If anyone has tried these please let me know what you think. All other comments welcome.

Here & There
I go by smell if you want the true full flavor... By that I mean it should taste like it Smells. For newbs i think more needs to be said for steeping these.. For me they are starting to come well rounded starting at 3 weeks. The red seemed quickest, desert ship was not good at all right away but is now pretty good. Highway is now becoming true and nuttiness is peaking through where I had none before. These are
All at 6-9% so far. Churchill isn't popping for me yet, I've had about 4 30ml premade bottles of this before so that's what I'm
Shooting for.

Would hangsen veterans have a minimum steep time to test a flavor.

I would say I was a Hangsen veteran although to quantify that I have used almost all the tobaccos but not all. For me they take at least a week to steep which is the only annoying aspect. Some as you have said require up to a month. I have used anywhere from 3-10% on these and thats what works for me.

Is there a master % list for Hangsen (tobaccos in particular) like there is for the other vendors? I have a half dozen hangsen tobaccos that I want to mix straight to figure them out before mixing other flavors.

I found 7% to be my magic number with all the hangsen tobaccos. I don't think a master list would do much good because everyones taste is different. My advice is when you hit on your first good mix with the hangsen tobaccos use that percent for the rest.

Aha, ok ;)

I've only had the cigar out of your list. What do you think of the others?

Will let you know after they steep a few more days. how was the cigar? I am hoping to find a couple more as satisfying as the pipe tobacco - kinda in your face like Scarlet Johannson in my dreams!

Good day to one and all :)

Thanks bunches to Jimi D for his recommendation of Hangsen juices, which I found on another thread. Because of this, I looked for and happily found a Canadian supplier of these juices so I can try them, too.

I placed my first order for Hangsen before I found this thread, but it looks to me that I'm in good company here. Thanks to everyone for your recommendations and reviews.

Just finished catching up with the thread, and it looks like everyone here likes fruit/bakery/soft drink flavours. Looks like I'm a oddball.

The order I have coming to me has a good mix of tobaccos (Magic, Canadian, Desert Ship and Menthol), but I went via the alcoholic drink route for my additions (Bourbon, Irish Cream, Jamaica Rum, and Kahlua). All are pre-mixed at 24 mg and 50/50.

Maybe being an oddball is a good thing

I bought some Hangsen Peanut Butter juice (ready to vape). It is precisely the flavor of raw peanuts that you'd get at an Asian grocer. It sticks around forever in a cartomizer. I bought Turtle (not the creature, but peanut-chocolate-carmel it claimed) and it is identical in every way to the supposed Peanut Butter one. Neither have a hint of sweet or any other flavors - only pure, strong, raw peanut.

Are the flavor drops the same taste? Anyone else tried these?

I wonder if raw peanut, white sesame, honey would recreate the taste of sesame-peanut candies from the Asian market. I think the peanuts in those are roasted though, so maybe not. Any other suggestions for mixing a raw peanut flavor, or is it best off in the trash?

Being different is most often way cooler than being like everyone else. Ask The Beatles or Elvis or Steve Jobs. I know I'm going a little overboard here but I think it takes more guts to walk into a classroom with a pocket protector than it does a tattoo. Take the road less traveled, the rewards are greater.
