You're all mostly tobacco vapers but a fruit guy here...

I got in on the sale from buy Hangsens; got to try Plum finally, and its Spot On.... ( I always add 1 or 2% TFA Sweet Cream to fruit).

Litchi is very good considering its hard to find in the first place, and actually a bit more fruity than FA my usual standard for Lychee.

I am trying some Cream mixes (seems they were only in e liquid form) and the jury's out on these.

btw I specialize in tropical fruit flavors and HS Pineapple is a must; very strong and I use it to accentuate.

HS Mango is excellent.

I'm a hangsen fruit mixer too

I'm interested on the lychee

I love juicy peach mixed with some black cherry, mango and granny smith. but haven't had much luck with pineapple, it is really strong and overpowers everything else even and really low doses

OK I hear you on the HS Pineapple. What I do is make a mix that pineapple is one of the flavors.
There are 3 fruits and 1 to 2% TFA Sweet Cream.
I use 2 Pineapples: 2% Inawera and 1% HS (is it HA or HS?) This way I get a nice pineapple (INW) and that incredible HS flavor.
I use 2 Mango's: 2% HS, and 1% Capella (it has a very realistic flavor but not as good on its own).
3rd fruit is 2% Passion Fruit FA.
Add 2% TFA Swt Cream
You have Uke's Tropical Punch... bam! Best DIY I've made (the only one I like lol)

For Lychee: ( i am a Bamskilicious Lychee lover)
To save money I make this:
4% FA Lychee or 5 to 6% HS Litchi
1 to 2% TFA Swt. Cream

I make a big bottle of that and pour about 20ml into a 30ml bottle and add 5 to 10ml Bamksi Lychee.... It's my number 1 ADV.

I use mostly VG, and about 4mg nic.

Thanks Danny and yes it was No.5. Any experience using Inawera 555?

I bought it a while back but it was not my cup of tea as far as 555's go. I stick mostly with hangsen and TA (tobacco absolutes) when it comes down to tobaccos.

Hangsen Indian @ 4%
Inawera D.N.B @ 1.5%
Inawera L.S.D @ 1% ...

I've searched for 4 different flavors at bullcity and they're all out of stock...pisses me off

I'll have to give that a try
I had to make orders from two different place to get the Hangsens and Inawera flavors I wanted. Oh well.

I apologize for the random drop in, but does anyone here know if a Hangsen Tobacco flavor description list exists? The reason I ask is that before I start getting flavors for DIY, I wanted to sample the ready made eliquids from CaterpillarVapes because it would be faster and cheaper for me to find ones I like and ones I don't. But there are no descriptions at CaterpillarVapes, and other places like ECX only describe some of them.
Thanks!

That's a nice list Art. A few others I also find superior include Congress, Magic Mix, Gold & Silver, DE.

Thanks, Lovevanilla. These flavors are really good; I can only speak about tobacco flavors but imho Hangsen's are the best.
Could you please describe in a few words Congress, MM, G&S and DE?

My pet peeves...vendors that only offer 10ml bottles and looking at having to order from 3 different vendors to get 4 flavors....with shipping being more than my order total. I only have a handful of Inawera & Hangsen tobaccos I use...with so few vendors that carry both and it never fails that one or the other is out of stock. Reckon I'm gonna have to order the 100ml straight from inawerashop and 120ml Hangsen from RTS and be done with it. I was hoping some vendor would step up and carry both brands and keep their inventory in stock. I see no reason for a vendor running out of flavor concentrates.

Here's a starter:

Congress - aka Parliament; mild, moderately sweet and slightly woody cigarette tobacco
Magic Mix - aka Lucky Strike; moderate, slightly sweet, slightly fruity, blend of bright leaf Virginia and Kentucky cigarette tobacco almost tasting like a pipe tobacco
Gold & Silver - aka Benson and Hedges, medium cigarette with fruit and moderate sweetness, lighter than a dessert pipe; I vape when wanting something slightly sweeter or change from straight tobaccos.
DE - aka Davidoff; very good and well-balanced English blend; has a nice, steady flavor that won't disappoint; Virginia and Oriental tobaccos with backnote of Latakia

Just vaped some Congress and MM; will update the others as available.

*Edit 1*
Three down, one to go.
*Edit 2*
All done; hope that helps!

Of the 7 or 8 flavoring vendors I've ordered from I can only think of one that never seemed to run out of stock, Capella.

Other than that I'm sure many would love to carry more than 10mls but the demand isn't there and I expect they want to keep their inventory "fresh".

It's really all a matter of overhead and the fact that many of these vendors are or recently were mom and pop type operations...

I understand your frustration but well....patience grasshopper...they're doing their best.

Thanks Art. I could tell from your list we have similar tastes. All of these are good depending on mood, but if I could only pick one then probably Congress.

Then Congress goes into my shopping cart!
I received HS #5 and this stuff is good, to me it is more tobacco/less nutty than Highway but equally good. as you said above, depending on mood.

I would like to try HS Ry4, have you tried it? If so, what is your opinion on it?

Yes, #5 is a good one. And while HG's RY4 is certainly not bad, I don't get much from it. Actually find more caramelly goodness in Red USA, maybe even the RY3. Been meaning to try the RY4 mixed with vanillin, or TFA RY4-D, to see if would dial up caramel and vanilla notes. If you haven't tried the Red USA, I would recommend that first. Did not really expect to like but found quite the opposite.

Oh, yes, Red Usa was one of the first HS concentrates I purchased since I've been DIYing and it is a good ashy one. I used to mix it with HS Ry1 and that was a good mix for sure. I asked you about the RY4 since the comments I read are not very entusiastic, seems that flavor is rather bland.

To my taste Hangsen works well at 10% (I like bold flavors), even the arabic works at 10% for me, others say 3% but honestly even when i find HS flavors excellent, they are not as concentrated as others. For instance, Inawera wera garden line is like twice more potent, so are the Tobacco Express ones sold by Ecig express. And still I do prefer Hangsen over the others!

Yes, I like strong tobaccos as well and mix HG at 8%. HG Desert Ship is my only exception and I mix at 6%. Thoroughly enjoyed some DE tonight and was thinking to switch my #1 recommendation. Since the RY4 is out and you already have the red, go for it -- you won't be disappointed.

HG is my overall preference for tobaccos as well. FA's strike me as more "tobacco-like" than tobaccos. And seems I'm finding too many Inawera tobaccos with that "buttery" flavor that I avoid. Meanwhile my only HG suspect is their Pipe Tobacco.

Anyway consider also giving the DE Tobacco a try and post your thoughts.
