I'd love to travel like that, but not sure about going to Russia or Jerusalem...oh, I'd love to visit them both, but I think I'd be too scared of what could happen...I'll just live vicariously through others instead. ;)

You know when I first took this job, remember how unsure I was of it...well today, my boss and I were sitting in the main room just talking and I was able to honestly tell her that I really do like my job (especially now the problem child is gone, and yes I told her that too. :p) She was telling me how one of our clients was telling her today how much they and their staff liked me and was glad that she had hired me...she told them she was glad too...that was nice to hear. :D

OH, and...I have to go do bloodwork in the a.m., FASTING. :nah:
I generally get up, throw on some make up and go...chug water along the way to plump my veins...they say it helps. ;)
I can't stand coffee plain, so nothing til I can give up my blood.
So, if I'm not around in the morning early, you'll know why. ;)

Just bloodwork for my normal check up appt. on the 20th.

Poor birdie, you musta used windex on the glass door. ;)

Can't remember when I came down to the basement, but every Labor Day we go to the NYS Fair. We stay for the weekend and there was a large dusty imprint of a bird with its wings spread on the window. I'll have to see if I can find the pic. It was the neatest image, but we don't know the outcome of the bird. Hopefully it was ok.
    Oh my goodness!!
That place needs to do a little window cleaning

It sat on the fence preening and moving it's head all different directions, and digging under it's wing.
I think it's okay, hope so anyway.
    It's gone now. :)
    Apparently it is okay :)

Welp, I'm heading to go soak.
Sweet dreams if I miss anyone.
    Good night Lori

Just had a big Robin bounce off the patio door.
It had a GINORMOUS, fat, feisty earthworm in it's beak. The bird was stunned for a brief time, then started pecking away at the worm it had dropped. I think it's okay. It' hopped off, oh...it's coming back over here.

Might have trying to show Rita how it's done :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Oh, I said Jerusalem, I should have said Israel. ..they went to Jerusalem too.

Angel, that's AWESOME!!! I'm soooooo happy for you that you "landed" in a job you enjoy, and that they enjoy you too!!

...had a funny exchange with our boss today too.
At 4:30 he said he was going to go, that it was too late to really start anything else.
I told him that WE agreed, and thought we'd just leave early too.
He just laughed and rolled his eyes. :D
I told him a couple weeks ago we needed a futon or cots upstairs so we could squeeze in a quick afternoon nap, that we're getting old and need our naps.

    Me too!! :)
Was going to have to go in to work after for a 401k meeting. They're changing companies, but I talked to the gal at the other store who handles it all and she said it was not crucial (at all) that I be there.
    THANK GOODNESS.

Good luck with your blood work, Lori. Ahhh a good ole afternoon siesta. That would be quite the perk.

Angel, I couldn't believe how well you could see pretty much the whole outline. It was kinda cool. :)

Well, I'm gonna head out and get to bed a little earlier tonight. Sweet dreams everyone
