We get enough of those here, I wouldn't want to try to sleep to one. lolol Now waves somewhere tropical and I'm all for it. We have a bottle of Nature Made elderberry gummies. Think we picked it up at Walmart.

Hope everyone has a great day! Lots to do. Sounds like everyone will be here for Christmas dinner. We are doing a crockpot full of meatballs, baked ziti, salad and garlic bread. Peppermint bark cheesecake shooters for dessert.

oof the stores were crayyyyzeee today. We went to Aldi's, Walmart and Tops. The only thing I came home without was Chow Mein noodles. Kiddo wants to make the haystacks (melt chocolate and butterscotch chips and add the noodles) Set a reminder on Alexa to purchase these next year way ahead of the holidays. Hopefully they will be back in stock after Christmas.

Cut my work day short by an hour today. The boss was away so the mice decided to play Guess I could have stayed and drawn my pay for doing nothing but it’s not really my thing

Dale, I didn't really hear the snow. It was just the wind blowing. I suggested the beach waves but last it was real low chanting. It was okay and a bit soothing.

Nothing would have helped much last night. Ken helped me get up leaves yesterday. It was wonderful having help but somehow, I managed to throw my back out. I am on my phone and can't add an emoji but if I could, it would be the crying one. Last time my back did this I ended up at the ER because I couldn't walk. grrrr

I somehow made it to the Christmas party last night. They had 2 big tables of food and 1 big table of deserts. Yum. I hate it for Ken though because we were home by 9:30 and I was on my heating pad. That is were I am right now and see no change in the near future. I have muscle relaxers but I may have to dig through my medical drawers and find something stronger before the day is over. I hate taking anything so when I say I need a pain pill...I am hurting pretty bad.


Okay, that's enough complaining from this little Rat. Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Advent activity for the day: picnic by the Christmas tree. We had pizza.

All my shopping is done and the only gifts left to wrap are from Santa. Which I know I'll be doing on Christmas Eve. This is definitely a busy week. I'm ready for it to be over with LOL!

Yes, busy time of year. But these days I’m less busy which is cool. I have one gift left to wrap that I’ve been putting off for a bit. Plan to get it done tomorrow.

We’re having a pizza party Saturday and that will be our Christmas, DH is handling it all
Pretty sure I wrapped the last of our Christmas gifts today, just have money cards to fix up.
