Good morning Dale. Thanks for the scrumptious breakfast! Wise quote!

I know you don’t enjoy the hot weather. :( It’s just so cold around here for what feels like so long. Lol

Do you have a smart phone? If you do, you can download the McDonald’s app and save money. I know you probably don’t eat there as often as we do. It used to cost us $50+ for “4” people(teenage boy eats as much as 2 lol) and now we spend less than half that and he’s full after.

Warmer than yesterday but not at much sun. I’ll take it! Hope everyone has a great day!!
    Good morning Sara
Yeah we’re opposites concerning weather ;)

No smart phone, mine is a cheap one.
We rarely eat from McDonald’s anyway.

I stuck around the house yesterday and did some much-needed chores. Slept better last night. Coulda been the clean sheets. View attachment 995035

The sun is out and reminding me that I did not do such a great job on the window washing. heehee Already 62 here and supposed to get up to 81. Not sure where my cousin wants to go eat tonight. I'm not picky. I'll eat just about anything and be happy as can be.

I had more fresh green beans so I air-fried some more last night. They were even better. I added a can of mushrooms and more onions. You can never have too many onions. They make anything better for me. Added an easy salad to it and called it supper.

I have been eating yogurt because I think it is good for you. Since I have been taking the antibiotics, I bought some Greek because they say that is better. It seems a bit chalky to me but I can eat it if I add a bag of Splenda to it. I will probably buy some more but only because it is 2 cents cheaper. View attachment 995035

Since I finally got my printing done with Dad's old laptop, I am going to try to get the stuff up for my lawyer. She sent me 9 pdf's to print out. When they finally add up my bill, I should give them mine! View attachment 995036

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Thanks to Dale, mine started out with a happy heart. View attachment 995037
Goo morning Rat2  Glad you had a good nights sleep!
‘I like lots of onions too but they much like me anymore :(

Bet you’re glad to be done with that printing job!

    Good afternoon, ladies

Rain is here. :nah: Washed all the linens and vacuumed the pool.

I figured, Dale. But just wanted to let ya know.

Ooh greek yogurt. I eat one or two a day. Rotate between adding ground flax seed and chia seeds to it. But we get the flavored ones. I do have a plain that I plan to add some ranch flavored powder to it for veggies. Trying to up my protein.

Glad you got everything printed, Rat2. So far I'm at 62k for the week. I might try to get on the treadmill this evening, but something is not right with my knee. It feels like the kneecap needs a good crack. It sorta locks up when I turn/pivot. I'm fine walking in a straight line. lmbo! Feeling like I should get it looked at, but I don't want surgery. not yet.

Planning on grilling chicken and steak for dinner, with sweet potatoes and pasta salad.

Hope everyone is having a nice, relaxing Sunday.

    Hey Sara :)
Your supper plans sound great! I’ll probably have a salad.

No rain today but it’s been mostly cloudy all day and completely cloudy now. I wish it would rain as the pollen is heavy and troublesome .

Stuffed to the gills. Probably would have been better off with a salad ;)

This time of year definitely stinks with all the pollen. Had to take my contacts out. Hopefully you get some rain soon.
Yeah DS and I both have been dealing with sinus issues.

Actually I decided to have a sandwich instead … same ingredients though

Well, I will just add my good morning to you all.

I couldn't get on the computer last night because I ate too much greasy food. My aunt, cousin, and I went to Bonbon's and no one wanted to split anything with me so I just got the fried pickles appetizer and 10 chicken drumettes. I brought 5 of them home and ate 2 of them this morning at 3:30. Grrrr See? No willpower if it is in the house. I am going to freeze the other 3 for another day.

It is cloudy this morning but that's okay because it does not show the poor job I did on window washing.

I feel a little better each day but still have several more days of antibiotics. I have at least finished one of them this morning. I really hate having to take those but sometimes you just have to do whatcha gotta do.

Yes, I am glad I figured out a way to print off my dad's laptop but it still aggravates my friend Cindy and me that we can't get my Chromebook hooked up like it was before I switched to AT&T. And sometimes you just have to let things go too.

I was not feeling well last week and did not reach my walking goal for 2 days but I still got in 80,999 for the week. No wonder my knee bothers me.

I miss the gym's equipment but it was so pretty outside, I really enjoyed walking outside and soaking up a little Vitamin D.

The coffee does not seem to be having the desired effect this morning. I could sit right here and rock myself back to sleep.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

    Good evening lurkers

Dh must have been reading the forum…..he’s on his way home from a day work trip and asked if we could have McDonald’s  I of course would rather not but I also don’t feel like cooking. Talk about no willpower, Rat2. It’s not even in the house and I’m like a dog begging for a treat. To be honest, he could have offered to pickup anything.

We sound like twinsies…..which knee is bothering you? For me, it’s the left. Broke my leg at the top, playing softball, sliding into 2nd base, 10th grade. Never was the same from the knee all the way to the ankle. But for the record, I was safe
