I have to agree with
Dr. Russell Fell

I have just received my shipment from David and the

products are all top quality,
MUCH BETTER THAN SOME OTHERS I BOUGHT ELSEWHERE.

Service was excellent
price was also excellent
shipping time excellent

really guys what else can you ask for
or honestly expect.

I will certainly be buying from him again.

Don't just make a snide remark like that and then run Dark, uncool mate ...at least state your position in a more constructive way, rather than.......snipe ...snipe ....end of :rolleyes:

Have you had a good or bad experience with David yang?? an if you have had no experience at all with David, then why the random comment?

I think people should just talk and try to resolve these problems without the personal attacks on David’s character and in turn trying to destroy his reputation, I just think some of the attacks on this thread by certain people that i have seen is really uncool and a little unfair considering it is happening to every e-cig seller in a frenzied rush on by people in buying up all the e-cigarettes and accessories because of some e-cig bans that are starting to happen around the world.

And every e-cigarette seller has faulty products from time to time ..you would think by this thread that David is the only one that has ever! had faulty batteries or atomizers every now and then, tsk!, when all!! e-cigarette sellers have this problem



David is fair, that has been my experience, just give him a chance!

C'mon...it was quite harmless actually. This thread was dug up and someone posted a new experience with David Yang. Someone with more credibility this time (as a listed supplier).

In a way, the plot does thicken. I say this would not pose any problems for Yang as his good reviews far outweighs the bad ones.

"The plot thickens" is in my opinion pretty weak thing to say with no explanation behind it. I just find it provocative ...just my opinion fedor mate

And as for the supplier with the credible complaint...that’s fair enough...and besides i was not having a go at venuvious for his post at all ...that post was completely fair as it is from his experience with David, it’s the no explanation snide little comments that makes me raise my eyebrow ..and i am as i said entitled to say that, you may not agree with me but that’s your right not to and i repect that.

Although I can understand that you're upset, and of course you have every right to your opinion, to be honest (and this is only my opinion), I feel there is a significant difference between a situation where a customer is not happy with the product/service that he/she has received and posts their experiences on this forum, or a situation where there are issues between a manufacturer (such as David Yang) and a reseller (such as yourself).

We as forummembers can in no way have any knowledge whatsoever of what may or may not have occurred between manufacturer and reseller and so cannot comment in any way. I would think that perhaps a forum is not the right place to try and resolve such issues and maybe it would be both more productive and more fair to contact David Yang directly about the issues that have so upset you ?

I also wonder whether any respectful and decent minded supplier/person, who has no desire to demean him-/herself by 'airing dirty laundry' of either party in public, would be able to respond to such a post in self defence without it inevitably leading to such 'airing of...' ?

Again, this is just my personal opinion, but your comments just 'feel' very different to me than when a 'customer' (who is not a reseller) takes issue with their 'supplier' and posts it here...

No your right Venuvious mate, i was not including you in those comments that i made. you had a fair enough case but i am glad to see that you are going to try and sort your situation out with David, My own vent was more to individuals that really had know idea what they were talking about as they were just following crowd opinion instead of there own and they would not explain what they ment except to add snide remarks with no real principle argument behind it to explain why, *it just got on my goat mate*

i really hope it works out for you with David :)

Good for you. I really hope you get this solved. But you know what, this will probably get solved much easier now that you've gotten some publicity going on the forums. So your venting might have done you some good anyways.

Resellers are customers too. So if you have some problems with your supplier and don't mind the possible bad publicity to your business, the forums is just as much yours as it is ours. In fact, it could help other aspiring suppliers (customers of manufacturers?).

I just came back and saw the response. I had just been reading and from an outside perspective I have no idea what the heck is going on, 2 days ago I had no idea who David or quite a few others were. That wasn't meant to be snide, I just meant from an outside perspective trying to draw my own conclusions from the information here....the plot was literally thickening. No offense intended.

Dark don't worry about it mate, except for the legitimate complaints with David i just saw some people that were sniping at David without proof or reason in some case's, and some who seemingly had not exhausted all avenues to resolve the problem with David first before bad mouthing the guy on here. It just bugged the hell out of me, that’s all ....but I'm over it. ;)

Allot of the situations have now been resolved between parties since....

So all well that ends well ...

quite frankly
I think that this old post should be closed, got rid of,

the problems discussed in the original,
have all been resolved by the parties involved,
and all is well between them now
and has been for quite some time.

I for one am sick of all stuff in old posts being dredged up
over and over again.........

I think these posts, not just this one,
all posts which are of a disputitive nature
should be removed if / when they are resolved.
