Well, by definition, I don't know what category vaper I am. I prefer a low watt, cool, airy, lung hitting vape with minimal throat hit. Not a rebuilder, not a cloud chaser, not a sub-ohmer. I get very good flavor from CAP Vanilla Custard V1 at 4% with 1% CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream.
In a hopped up T3S with cotton wick at 8 watts.
Not sure if I could handle the 15% flavoring that many use.

I’m planning on making a batch of Vanilla Custard…

do you have any thoughts about the difference
between CAP Vanilla Custard V1 & CAP Vanilla Custard V2

(thinkin maybe it’s to do with Acetyl Propionyl and/or Acetoin ??)

Pretty sure V2 (From what I was told) means no Acetyl Propionyl and Acetoin.
