Bugger ... I wanted to dry burn the SS coil I've been using so pulled the wick and ditched it, dry burned at 7W then went to the car to pick up my wick supplies ... left the bastidge at home (400km away) So back to the prebuilt CLR 1.0ohm until Friday

yeah, nope I got several 'stand alone' floppys here

I too like and have had great luck with HP

those were just for examples
would probably build/buy right from HP's site

I’m using a 17.3” HD home theater i3/4GB/320HDD - lappy
that I’ve had for about 7 years (maybe that was when win7 came out ??)

my other PC’s are old, running XP and work great, just antiquated BIG TIME !

the world/life profile has changed and most things are ‘streamed’ & linked
HDMI and Bluetooth is what rules the streets now

I have my 1st lappy – a DELL with a whopping 10 GB hard drive/128 MB RAM
a floppy drive/ and a new connector, USB…
I put a wireless ‘card’ in it (15yr ago??)
XP is on it now
it still works very good, but when I turn it on it just freaks out
and is out of memory...
when I got it, it came with a Free Upgrade for Millinium OS ????
it is square and HEAVY

I know. I missed 7,8,8.1. Went from Vista to 10. Kind of a big jump. Like starting all over again!

That's how I felt, going from winXP Pro to 8.1. Plus, the first laptop I've ever had, and it has a touchscreen too -- like, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto, this feels more like... Jupiter? Maybe Saturn or Neptune...

Using a tensioned contact coil in that? Same coil you TC with (if so, looks like I might have to spring for some rather than use SS316)?

Mixed up some CAP VC1 at 1 ml VC1, .3 ml CAP Vanilla Whipped cream and 2 drops Stevia to in a 30 ml 50/50 batch at 3 mg nic.
Works much better in my Velocity mini. I might be getting the hang of Tootle Mod Womping?

Tensioned yes, but Slightly spaced.

Cotton wicked, 3mm ID.

Next time I re-coil this thing I'm going to try a double coil, at 0.5 - 0.6ohms.

Using the Mini+ atm, but also love how it behaves on a mech and my MVP20W.

My 0.5 would be too hot on a mech, it's been built on a 1ohm CLR base so only has the smaller air hole I'm guessing it's a vertical in the Kraken?

Oops ... 1 more question: what gauge please?

I got bored, so made a dual coil @ 0.5ohms.

Really warm vape, but it works.

SS430. 28AWG.

This might be a little to warm actually, gonna see how it breaks in.

Ran mine all day today as well, its a single 0.8 ohm on SS Cable & Mesh. It is an amazing tank for TP or MW.

I went from XP to 8 then 8.1 then 10. Skipped the 7 version.

I skipped vista. I rather downgraded to XP. When win 8 was out, I bought WIN 7 instead of the new WIN 8. 7 is the best version yet. I just can't stand what's coming after it. If they removed that new type of home screen, which fits for tablets, and put back the home button from WIN 7, then maybe I'll consider it for my next purchase. Although, it'll be a long time ahead. I built a pretty high end computer back in 2013, and it's still good as new. Might purchase an SSD card for it to speed up things a little bit.
