Thanks David Im glad you said that. It feels so much cozier in here with the Tootle Puffers. Its kind of intimidating out in the part of the forum where the Power Puffers hang out.
I have been reading the forum and doing searches for a week and in the notes I have a list of possibilities that other Tootle Puffers and members that post on the Itty Bitties for under a $100 have used and still use after several years. Their explanations jibe with my thinking as to why when your just coming off of cigs. you need something thats going to be familiar to the reptile part of your brain. Many of them moved on to bigger or studier or longer battery life or holding more liquid but I noticed some even after several years still prefer them
So what I have on my list now is :
joyetech Ecab, Eroll, Ego 1 mini, Ovale emini
That gives you an idea of what Im going for at least style, size, and looks wise. I have read reviews on them all here and on the web and watched videos.
Feel free to add anything you think I should take a look at.
I haven't given as much thought to what I want in terms of e-liquid…its hard to think about too many things at one time, rattles me, so for the next couple of days I focusing on hardware.
Can I borrow the term "Power Puffers"?

By the way, you just won the internets for the whole year!!

Wow Robert Cromwell you sure couldn't ask for something less expensive and its not bad looking it passes my limbic/reptile/ smoking brain test for sure.
Good to buy one as a backup if for nothing else.
In vaping you always need backups, can't just run to the gas station for a pack of vapes.

I am going to do dry vaping and be a Powder Puffer.

I guess a Power Puffer is in between a Tootle Puffer and a Mod Womper?

I certainly hope that isn't the case. But if you all give up on the blister packs that leaves more for ME (and Kat and DPL and a few select others...)

I am simply not ready to go full bore with rebuilding. In fact...I haven't started yet. That is just too much work and fiddling for me. I vape to not smoke and for the comfort vaping provides me. I don't want it to become a "hobby"....or a "job".

That's the way I vape.

Fourthrok this tip is much appreciated and I will spend some time today checking out[/QUOTE]

I started with an Evod last lear and it got me off smokes once I found the right juice. I upgraded to an Innokin VV3 and slightly better tanks and have stayed there since.

Im new and trying to learn as much as I can so I can make my first purchase and get going. What, pray tell, is a Tootle Puffer. Don't know if I belong here or not!

Hi and Welcome JunieMarie!

I think that you'll see that all are welcome here including this Tootle Puffing, Mod Womping and now newly tagged Power Puffer! :D
Some of us here enjoy all different kinds of vaping. I myself have only joined this thread not too long ago and feel very welcome.
You will find great advice, plenty of support, and even better people! Congrats on your decision to quit the cigs!

the only thing with POWER PUFFING is you need to wear the crazy costume and helmet to qualify

I am a bit cautious about power puffing, I would have to be the cyan one, but..........It's the boots that put me off. Can I have mine with heels.

That's a deal breaker

:p:p:p

I had a really good day yesterday. @gt_1955 came up for a visit and I got to see the provari radius. What a lovely elegant device. My favourite type of buttons and it was very easy to use.

I don't think it's for me (a bit weighty) but I can certainly appreciate the quality and design and the complexity built in if you need it.

We did manage to talk the day away :p

There are MANY MANY more vapers out there who use blister packs than those who rebuild. This place just attracts those who rebuild.

One of these days I'll be worth Millions!! :D

We still have an enormous toybox of our son's, that we've been dragging around for years, everytime we move... but I think the only thing in it is a VAST!!! amount of Lego. :D
