so has anybody seen, or know of "steel" (metal) tanks for the subtank mini ?

I'd like to find some (USA) for durability reasons (replace the glass)

kinda like this

If you don't use tank crackers the polycarb dome toppers would be pretty durable.
Sweet-vapes has them.

Or switch to, for example, a full metal kayfun model. :pop:
The Kayfun Mini v3; simple build Deck(two post), simple efficient overall design, juice control, air control, oh and yeah a great vape at low wattage. Yep your right IMHO;)

I don't have sub tanks but are any of its pieces interchangeable with anything else that does come with a SS tank.

not that I know of... :(

I'm just new to subtank mini (2 months) so not sure what would be compatible...

I have several bell cap acrylic tanks (they are SO COOL)
but the steel tanks would be the ultimate 'future-proof' - IMO
but if I can't find them local (USA) & a good price (cheap), doesn't seem worth it...

also trying to find the original horizontal coil bodies cheap for surplus so to have for re-building

I have a luv/hate relationship with Kanger tank products. Don't get me wrong everything I have....works well, genitanks, cerotanks pro tanks and the others inbetween but everytime I need to buy coils I never quite know what I am going to get. They seem to tweak their coils every second week and it seems so hit and miss. By the time you find the good'uns they don't sell them anymore. So from the trust and easy perspective I just stick with aspire.

Have any of you ever tried a Telemahos v2 Plus with a Build Deck upgrade called a Springomizer; no need to roll Coils it uses a Spring and no mount screws, just clips in wick it and Vape.? Some of the Best Flavor you could get from the Most Simple RTA out today, and doesn't use Ceramic. I like mine mounted on a Vapershark DNA30 at around 13.5 WattsView media item 429391

Very pretty......... A bit beyond me though ;)

You should show this combo to the TP's in the overlooked thread. I think they were talking about it a while ago.

Hey @juskiddin , thought of you when I nabbed this pic of my pug Tabitha when lab Mr. Freeman was asleep and put his leg over her. The 'look' on her face was priceless! Like "What's happening????? Someone's touching me!!!! " Hope you enjoy.

Oh lovie!!! How adorable is lil Tabitha? :) The look on her face is very "pug".
I'm actually at my friend's place who has the pug. Stayed over last night and am awaiting "Pansy's" arrival. She'll be scooting into the kitchen any minute once she realizes someone's up :)
Thanks for sharing, Atcha!

unfortunately polycarb tanks don't give the same flavor intensity of glass or SS and they add a flavor of their own to the mix. they also absorb the flavor of the juice your using making it harder to change flavors cleanly

kanger tanks work well but they never figured out how to make a decent coil. if you rebuild the coils then they are a fine product.

Perhaps that depends on the particular flavors. I've not noticed any residual flavors, and use either the pmma center or the full M5 on all my KFs.

Or maybe my taste buds just aren't that discerning :)
