Thats easy. Cook up some breakfast sausage patties. Chop em up to tiny bits. Let em simmer a bit in a bit of butter.
Take a mason jar and fill it half full with milk, put a good bit of black pepper in the jar with the milk, add a teaspoon of flour. Stick a small wisk in the the jar and spin it like you are trying to start a fire with a stick. Once the flour and pepper is mixed in and the milk is a bit frothy, pour the milk in the skillet with the sausage crumbles. Let simmer while sturing with the wisk untill it thickens a bit.
Put on biscuits
