I wish everyone would stop talking about "vapeocalypse" or whatever.
Things are going to change, but not dramatically quickly here in the US.
vaping and smoking will both face more and more area restrictions. This is mostly happening on the state and local level, which is the place to make a difference in the first place.
But Federal regulations aren't going to change much of anything very quickly. Looking at the regs, it looks like
vaping retailers will now be playing the same regulatory Wac-A-Mole game that retailers of both health supplements and drug paraphernalia have been playing for decades. Since many
vaping retailers started out in the latter business, and many are still in it, they should be familiar.
