I had a little talk with molinshop. I said I couldn't wait to try out the juice I ordered, and asked him a little about what's happening in EU. His respond:
Hello "Vapez"!,
I hope the juice will get to you soon

We are watching very closely the whole process of implementing directive in particular EU countries but we are quite optimistic about it. We are one of the few companies that continuously collects all the necessary paper work, certificates etc. At this point there are many people out there who call themselves “vape shops”, “vendors”, “suppliers” etc. mixing juices in the shed or garage of their parents, importing cheapest nic from China and flavors of unknown origin and then selling this crap on FB

I believe the directive can clear the market a little bit which will be good for legit companies and for vaper’s health. Funny you are asking this as just yesterday I came across this positively sounding article regarding e-cigs in Norway, check it out:

Cheers!
So it's a good thing he is optimistic...Right?
Well I clicked on the link and read it, thought it was positive and surprising. And yep, too good to be true. At the bottom of the page, they countered with this article:

So it's gonna happen in non EU-Norway as well. I read some other place as well that also stated there was no exception and Norway will adopt the TPD article 20 fresh and fine!
But at least we're fighting back:
