PG and VG both are additives in food; if you purchase "food grade," then it's safe to vape -- it's safe to eat!

Andria
There are a lot of industries that use PG & VG so it is openly available here. DIY skincare, food, soap making, medical use for lung disease and gastric conditions.

Obviously the quality needs to be taken into consideration and as far as I know none of them have additives.

Yes i doubt that they would intentionally make pg or vg unsafe. It is used in baking, medicines, skin care products etc.

How much juice do you people have right now? :)

Vapez
20+ years of nic base and NET concentrate (steeped tobacco)
20+ years of various wires (providing my eyes last that long)
1 year of PG (UPS/BP grade)

6 months of aged premix

I DIY with concentrates so approximately 3 years of supplies and about 4 years supply of nic.
We have lived under the cloud of regulation for a while :(

I am no where near as scared of no nicotine as I was in the early days and flavour will always be available as it is used in other things like baking, sweet making etc. I would still vape 0mg as the hand to mouth action is too ingrained.
Every now and then, I'll just use 0mg for the flavour :) After recently spending 10 hours in a high stress environment where I couldn't vape, I realised that I just don't need to do it anymore ... but I will while I can, where I can.

Govt can stick their regs where the sun don't shine

That's precisely the real test of how vaping worked. I sometimes forget to vape

Some questions for you all if you don't mind !

What strength started you with?
What strength are you at now, and what is your goal?
Are you as addicted as you were with smoking?

I'm definetely as addicted as when I was smoking. But I have been able to decrease nic from 24mg to 12mg, and planning on going even further (have 9mg bases ready, and some extra 15mg if it's not enough)

Given I haven't even been vaping for a solid month: I picked up 24mg to start, the next week, I picked up 18mg, and starting to head to 12mg.

The goal is to get to 0 nic.

As for the rest - it is too soon for me to answer.

What strength started you with? 18mg

What strength are you at now, and what is your goal? Still at 18mg most of the time, though use 12mg sometimes. Apart from giving up smoking (which I did for 40 years), I haven't set myself any goals.

Are you as addicted as you were with smoking? No I don't think so - I can go for much longer periods of time if I have to without climbing the walls !! I think I'm more "addicted" to the ritual involved - having something in my hand, inhaling/exhaling etc.

Started with 18mg, went up to 24mg to get off the smokes. Used 24mg in the morning and 18mg in the evening slowly adjusting. Been on 18mg since June. Planning on introducing 12mg in January and reducing the same ways as before. I do plan on getting off vaping slowly.

Are you as addicted as you were with smoking?

I find I can go a lot longer than with smoking. Always have it in my pocket but only vape outside.
