so you have a Protank 2 with added afc base
a single coil (bcc) silica ?

try CLOSING afc to promote MORE juice flow to wick

easy to do and way cheap...

:)
I've closed the airflow quite a bit as per your suggestion. It seems to have helped...so far. I'm afraid to jinx it...again.
Thank you for your help! Much appreciated.

Beat me to the punch.

Also over time you might have started to overvape by creating too hard a vacuum and not giving the wick a chance to hold eliquid. Try backing off the lip pressure or putting the drip tip in the corner of your lips. Very difficult to create a hard vacuum this way and allows more air around the driptip.

I think @Vapez fixed some of his dry hit issues this way.
Me? Overvape? That couldn't be :)
I'm trying your suggestion as well. I do place the drip tip in the corner of my piehole but will try to be more conscious of how I draw.

So far there is improvement. As I said though I'm afraid to jinx it :/

Thank you!

Well, it's just what we do here on ECF :)

Vaping isn't as simple as smoking. Each piece of gear has its idiosyncracies, it seems, but once mastered works well. And odds are, someone here has figured it out. Without "hands on" it might take a bit to sort out, but we're persistent!

It might as well be. Solved my problem. Now I barely inhale at all, I just let the device to the job and I tiny bit of inhale. No leaks and a much better experience :)

Alright, I couldn't wait and bought the evic as well :D Now I seriously have to stay off purchases for a long time, else I can't afford anything :p This is for future proofing so I feel like I did something smart !

Incoming vapemail:

- Nitecore charger and 2 LG HG2 3000mah batteries
- 510 heat dissipation heat sink
- Aerotank mega clone
- 20 cheap coils
- 10-pack of drip tips and a 5-pack
- 10ml syringe
- 2 antislip ring
- 14 replacement glass for aerotank mega
- A cheap RG200 tank

And I ordered some of those a month ago! Have still not recieved. Can't wait though. Most of the items are also sent individually :p

Poor girl behind the counter had no idea what to think. She was confused as to why I had a "sub-ohm mech" and 1.5 ohm coil.

Hehe... kinda like when i walk in with my custom-etched 40w mod wearing what is clearly an RDA.. and I proceed to blow a little wisp of vapor. :D They usually do this...

You are getting quite a collection. I just bought on of those chargers.

Right now I am using different shipping methods to see which works best. The usual shipping time for me is 3-6 weeks.

Yes, I am. When those arrive, I'll have something that'll last me a long time. Two main devices and evod's for spare if both those break [emoji14]

I've used sweden post, china post and singapore post. Singapore has tracking info which is a plus. But neither of my packages has arrived.. I keep looking in the mail every day, just to get disappointed. While my SO gets packages all the time. I see them, I get ecstatic, then I see they are not for me..

I was an instantaneous shopper before I started vaping. If a store did not have my size or the item I wanted I went elsewhere. Vaping cured me. I now happily wait 3-4 weeks for things, :p

I also order a lot of bits and pieces from fastech and only had trouble with a couple of things going missing and they were dealt with a polite and professional service. They have a process and once you understand that then all is sweet. I pay the extra couple of $ and go expedited shipping......it seems to be smoother when it reaches us.

I'm thinking it may be time to further confuse myself by purchasing something new...a step up from my ego ones and protank2's. I've only been vaping for about 5 months and thought I'd stay with what I have. But nooooo....change is calling. Now to make a decision :)
