Hard to believe that this beast can be used for tootle puffing but with a 1.5ohm coil in, and a narrower drip tip, it can quite easily become one..

This, out of all my tanks is my favorite, the glass in this is actually an authentic one in red, sourced from the company that Kanger get their glass from so is a perfect fit, this is ready for my new HexOhm dna 200 mod I'm getting just after Christmas, the combination should be quite eye catching and all of it is one of a kind. A true celebration of not smoking hey ha.

OOO la la, Rixy. I like that! Celebrate.

Nic - without combustion! - is good for a lot of things. Here's one reference:

Nicotine, the Wonder Drug? | DiscoverMagazine.com

And my excuse for staying at 18

One does not need an excuse for 18'ing it. It's a very nice numbah! ;)

Yep. 6 liters of 100mg nic on ice, a raft of rebuildables, a legion of regulated mods and a few mechs.

And letters, calls and petitions to any and all I can. While I think I've got MY bases covered, there's still a lot of smokers who could benefit.

Quoted for truth. Thank you, Mr. Ock.

Guess. What. Day. It. IS!

Good job, Wednesday girl. The camel doth smile.

I had A mvp20w do something similar. As for getting rid of it. Wherever you takes batteries. Up here Home Depot takes them and Hazmat days at the dump.

Radio Shack here. They are few and far between now, but they do take them all.

I've just been reading all the info about nicotine. I've been vaping zero nic in tanks that produce a lot of vapour and thought the dense warm clouds would be enough as I believed I was not missing the nicotine as had tried nicotine in my e-liquids but did not like the buzz, not the same as smoking so I also believe it's the MAOI's.

Vaping zero nic has not kept me entirely off the cigs. I thought it was due to juice flavour or tanks or ohms etc and have been really experimenting... But basically I know now it's due to me not getting any buzz at all as I've been ignoring my Subtank, my Nautilus all filled with really nice tasting zero nic premium juice and am hooked on my ego+evod with 6mg RY4 in it.

So essentially I am going back to nicotine juices in the hope that I can get myself hooked on that, sounds a bit weird but I'd rather be hooked on that buzz than cigarettes.

So going back up to 6mg for the Nautilus and probably 3mg for the subtank nano if I can turn it into a MTL tank somehow as shame to waste it. I'm thinking the 1.2 coils on the 2 airhole setting with at a guess probably 40VG60PG.

So yeah hoping to get myself hooked on the straight nic buzz as WTA to expensive at the moment and not coil friendly and yeah being hooked on nic better than smoking....

I went to zero nic very early in my vaping career, due to concerns about ototoxicity. It was unsatisfying. I upped to 3 mg, and have been using it for 2.4 years. Most people who continue to vape are satisfied tootle-puffing on 3mg. Those who stay at 0 are more likely to quit vaping, probably to return later to smoking in a crisis.

Yeah this is my experience exactly. I'm going to go with 6mg on the EVOD and Nautilus Mini and 3mg for the sub tank nano with 1.2ohm coils.

I thought WTA was godawful expensive when I first saw it, too... but nicotine simply won't do what WTA does -- remove cravings, if they're REALLY BAD. You also don't vape it "straight" -- though you could if you really needed to; I mixed mine into my ejuice as 10% of the total volume, when I first started using it, though that's a fairly high dose; as little as 5% would probably suffice. So, for a 30ml bottle -- remove about 3.5ml and put into another container, and add 3ml WTA. For 5%, remove 2ml from that 30ml bottle, and add 1.5ml WTA.

It's FAR cheaper than cigarettes, in EVERY POSSIBLE way.

I wanted to let you know, if you hadnt' seen my other posts -- that iStick is losing charge even when turned off. So today when gerrymi posted that great sale on Kbox Minis, I snarfed a black one to replace the apparently-defunct black iStick. If it's losing charge even when turned off, it's got a serious problem, and I really don't wanna risk it.

Just gotta figure out what to do with it. Trash doesn't seem a really safe way of disposing of it.

A fine example of why I prefer replaceable battery mods, although, of course, if the electronics fail they're both dead!

As said, many places will take them for recycling. DO put a piece of tape - electrical, cellophane, masking - over the fitting to prevent any chance of it shorting, and turn it off as well.

One does not need an excuse for 18'ing it. It's a very nice numbah! ;)

Nah, I don't want to be 18 again. Once being young and dumb and... was enough, thank you!

I think I hit my stride at about 41. Those were the glory days. No longer young and dumb, still looked good, still had energy and dreams, and I no longer worried about "fitting in", but instead lived more in the now...as myself. Yep. If I could go back, that would be the age I'd probably like. Actually...anywhere between 41 and 59. Once I hit 60...things started falling apart. Been downhill pretty much ever since.

I came home quite late and decided to mix 60 mls of 50/50 flavourless juice. So first I poured 30mls of vg into my mixing cilinder. I then added 20mls of pg....or did I? Maybe I added 20mls of 36mg pg base. How to tell? I smelled, but the mix didn't smell of anything. The Nic base has a very light bitter smell. I decided to take my chances and added 10mls of the nicbase. But to be honest, I have no idea what strength this mix has. Tried some in my 306 dripper, but th didn't seem too high....
Oh well,....

ETA: I was aiming for 6mg/ml

Well I've tried tonight to MTL with the nano with the 1.2ohm coil and it's no good. I find with that coil or the .5ohm coil it is only satisfying on the widest air hole. So the 1.2 is useless as it's the same draw / lung hit as with the .5 coil but not as good. .5ohm coil is lung hits only and the taste on the exhale is good but I just do not like lung hits, too much air, nothing on the inhale.

With regards to nicotine, I thought 90% of juice on the market was rubbish. Went to the local B&M today and asked for 6mg samplers and I liked almost everything even, in fact, especially vanilla lol and I thought I was a dark flavours man....

Regarding set up - The Nautilus mini is the ultimate MTL tank I've tried so far, Kanger Genni okay and the EMOW looks good, but the Nautilus is so damned reliable I'm sticking with those. So I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and buy two more as I want 3 flavours in my rotation and gets annoying having to clean the tank and coils to change flavours.

I'm guessing a lot of you guys have more than one Nautilus / Mini...

Ah well it's all experimentation and I've learned the expensive way that it's ego+EVOD for work at 6mg and Cool Fire 4 plus Nautilus Mini around 15W and 3mg (I seem to get the same buzz from 3mg on the nautilus as more vapour per hit) for pleasure and when out socialising. Will keep the juice ratio 50/50 and never higher on the VG for good coil life and use clear liquids rather than dark ones. A good thing is the EVOD and Nautilus BVC coils do give me a very long time, about a month each.

Well I've vaped so much nicotine tonight experimenting that there is no way I could smoke a cig if I even wanted to, which I do not

Two more Nautilus Mini's and an extra EVOD tomorrow it is! That means 5 flavours on the go, 2 for work and 3 for home at just the right nicotine level for each set up.

Has taken me a while and a few ££££ to get there, but yeah the nautilus I just cannot stop going on about how damn good it is lol.

Now I just hope the juice concoctions I've made using 6mg PG heavy liquids with similar flavour profiles to thin out my expensive max VG liquids will taste okay.

So far made a zero mg max VG Mr Oh Cookie face taste okay mixed to 3mg with 6mg 80PG/20VG RY4

Have done the same with Space Jam Eclipse to 3mg from zero and I already have tried and liked that.

Think the only thing to go with my zero mg Suicide Bunny derailed will be 6mg Vanilla. Nothing else is going to mix with all that banana....

I just pray to the heavens my 13th floor elveapor max VG Django will taste good also mixed to 3mg with hangsen RY4 will be good too. They're both RY4 so....

Then I'll be buying 6mg juice for the EVOD and 3mg juice for the Nautilus Mini's and I should be a happy hotwire.

The first half of my 40s were pretty miserable, dealing with that combination of PTSD/peri-menopause/major clinical depression. I survived it, and grew a lot, but by the time it was starting to get better, the economic disaster was upon us, I sorta slid/scrambled into my 50s, a decade older, wiser, just a little happier and less stressed, post-menopausal, and slightly better off financially -- SLIGHTLY, meaning, no longer under threat of being homeless! And definitely showing the wear and tear of the hardest decade I have yet lived. Best I can say is I survived it, and now finally quit smoking, so I'd say I have at least a fighting chance of growing old. :thumb:

A while back I ordered some of the rewickable cartomizers from naturevapes and today I finally got around to loading one up. I don't remember who mentioned them just recently but here are some out of the box comments.

I am using the 35mm without the flange 1.8ohm. First off they are exactly the same size as a carto so all tanks and driptips work. I primed with some Capella coolmint 70/30 PG/VG waited until the bubbles stopped and started vaping. I am not a huge fan of cotton (tends to taste like wet clothes smell) but I thought I could switch to rayon when I changed the wick out.

It's very airy and borderline lung hit. I can MTL but there is some gurgling (that could be the wattage I am using or it needs a settling in period). Still quite a cool vape but the flavour of my eliquid is very good compared to cartos. I expected the cotton wick to be pulled around when I loaded it but it was fine. I do think you might need to be a bit careful with filling.

Some niggles. It's loud. I like the pop and crackle of a carto but this is much more. No stealth vaping here. I can taste the almost perfumy taste of the cotton. Hoping that will go away.

They are expensive and I would hope that the coil is as robust as the review show.

I will give more comments after a couple of tanks have been through it.

I am almost through the second tank and I will put them away as something tried but not for me. The taste is tainted somewhat by an almost flowery scent that you sometimes get from scented paper and even if I could be talked into re wicking with my own cotton, I cannot cope with the noise they make.

This is my just my opinion and I am probably being picky. If this type of cartos are of interest to anyone then I would suggest you try the DCT procoils or the revive cartos which are a much better vape, for a lot less $

Hubby has two revive cartos going on their 8th week of heavy vaping.
