Well I've tried tonight to MTL with the nano with the 1.2ohm coil and it's no good. I find with that coil or the .5ohm coil it is only satisfying on the widest air hole. So the 1.2 is useless as it's the same draw / lung hit as with the .5 coil but not as good. .5ohm coil is lung hits only and the taste on the exhale is good but I just do not like lung hits, too much air, nothing on the inhale.

With regards to nicotine, I thought 90% of juice on the market was rubbish. Went to the local B&M today and asked for 6mg samplers and I liked almost everything even, in fact, especially vanilla lol and I thought I was a dark flavours man....

Regarding set up - The Nautilus mini is the ultimate MTL tank I've tried so far, Kanger Genni okay and the EMOW looks good, but the Nautilus is so damned reliable I'm sticking with those. So I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and buy two more as I want 3 flavours in my rotation and gets annoying having to clean the tank and coils to change flavours.

I'm guessing a lot of you guys have more than one Nautilus / Mini...

Ah well it's all experimentation and I've learned the expensive way that it's ego+EVOD for work at 6mg and Cool Fire 4 plus Nautilus Mini around 15W and 3mg (I seem to get the same buzz from 3mg on the nautilus as more vapour per hit) for pleasure and when out socialising. Will keep the juice ratio 50/50 and never higher on the VG for good coil life and use clear liquids rather than dark ones. A good thing is the EVOD and Nautilus BVC coils do give me a very long time, about a month each.

Well I've vaped so much nicotine tonight experimenting that there is no way I could smoke a cig if I even wanted to, which I do not

Two more Nautilus Mini's and an extra EVOD tomorrow it is! That means 5 flavours on the go, 2 for work and 3 for home at just the right nicotine level for each set up.

Has taken me a while and a few ££££ to get there, but yeah the nautilus I just cannot stop going on about how damn good it is lol.

Now I just hope the juice concoctions I've made using 6mg PG heavy liquids with similar flavour profiles to thin out my expensive max VG liquids will taste okay.

So far made a zero mg max VG Mr Oh Cookie face taste okay mixed to 3mg with 6mg 80PG/20VG RY4

Have done the same with Space Jam Eclipse to 3mg from zero and I already have tried and liked that.

Think the only thing to go with my zero mg Suicide Bunny derailed will be 6mg Vanilla. Nothing else is going to mix with all that banana....

I just pray to the heavens my 13th floor elveapor max VG Django will taste good also mixed to 3mg with hangsen RY4 will be good too. They're both RY4 so....

Then I'll be buying 6mg juice for the EVOD and 3mg juice for the Nautilus Mini's and I should be a happy hotwire.
I've gotten the Django (just finished a bottle) and it is wonderful. I vaped RY4 almost exclusively for near three years.

"The numbers in the code correlate with the battery dimensions. For batteries with dimensions of < 100 mm the (truncated) diameter in millimetres, followed by the height in tenths of a millimetre; for batteries with a single dimension ≥ 100 mm the diameter in millimetres, then a slash (/) followed by the height in millimetres."

There has been a lot of confusion about the final digit in the Lithium-Ion cells we use in the vaping world. Even the manufacturer specs conflict. Some believe it to be the shape of the cell (most common misconception); some believe it to be the type of cell (0 = Lithium); some believe it to be tenths of millimeters. From the link you posted, you can see how all of this information can be mixed up.

For our type of cells, the final digit means TYPE. There is a lot of misinformation out there - especially on "expert" blogs. I'll pull an example from the link you posted though. The section that states it's tenths of millimeters is for a different type of cell (primary), which uses a different IEC coding system. If you scroll down to the proper type (secondary/Lithium-ion), you'll see that it says millimeters, not tenths of millimeters. I'll quote it for reference here, with highlights in blue text by me for the relevant parts. You will need to "click to expand" to see the references.

Lithium-ion batteries
IEC 61960 battery type designation system.
Lithium-ion batteries have a different rule for naming, which applies both to batteries of multiple cells and single cell. They will be designated as:[13]

N1A1A2A3N2/N3/N4-N5

where N1 denotes number of series connected cells and N5 denotes number of parallel connected cells (only when the number is greater than 1); these numbers only apply to batteries.

A1 indicates the basis of negative electrode phase, where I is for lithium ion[14] and L is for lithium metal or alloy.
A2 indicates the basis of positive electrode phase, and could be C, N, M, V or T for cobalt, nickel, manganese, vanadium and titanium respectively.
A3 is for the shape of the cell; either R for cylinder and P for prism.
N2 is the maximum diameter (in case of cylindrical cells) or thickness (prismatic cells) in mm.
N3 is only used for prismatic cells to denote the maximum width in mm.
N4 is the maximum overall height in mm.

(For any of the lengths above, if the dimension is smaller than 1 mm it can be written as tN, where N is tenths of mm)

I can't find the reference where it stated the last 0 meant cylindrical

It doesn't. Never did. It's a common misconception that appears in a lot of blogs and forum posts.

EDIT: PS - If anyone really wants to put this to rest once and for all, it'll cost about US$100 to get the IEC document that specifies nomenclature (IEC 61960).

What tank did you vape it in? Scared to do thicker than 50/50 in my Nautilus Mini. It is like syrup so I mixed it with Hangsen RY4, plus it was zero nic and I realised I needed some nic and the HS was 6mg, so now I have a mix at 3mg. I figure the favours are not TOO different so should hopefully taste okay...

Good luck with zero nic VAPEZ. While I do not really like the straight nic buzz as it makes me feel wired even at 3mg, I find what it does is when its in your system is make the idea of smoking a cig nauseating. So I have started using it not for pleasure but for the effect of not making me crave cigs... Um all I can say for zero nic is it tastes better IMO and you want to get it as hot as possible so you get warm dense clouds.

Guys, guys guys! As you know I was struggling to use my Subtank nano MTL and was ready to give it away.

I just went in the B&M, bought a medium bore Nautilus style drip tip that fits on my subtank nanos!

It vapes just like my Nautilius mini! Perect MTL draws. Please try it before giving up on your sub ohm tanks, if like me you don't like lung hits.

It's just the wide bore drip tips on the sub ohm tanks that make MTL a struggle! One simple fix, for £2.99 and suddenly I don't have to trash my subtank Nano and 5 pack of coils.

Now using subtank nano with .5ohm coils, 28Watts, high 70VG lquids the Nautilus probably would struggle with and it vapes just like a Nautilus mini!

I am sooooooo happy now. Finally I can MTL heavier VG liquids I need to use up in my subtank Nano without throwing them away so saved money there and can have two flavours on the go without needing to buy a 2nd Nautilus, so saved money there too.

Subtank nano .5 ohm coils for less coil friendly liquids and nautilus mini for 50/50. Perfect.

I am finally a happy vaper.

Still in the woods on whether I mixed a batch of 18mg/ml accidentally or if it all went all right and got my usual mix of 6...
If I did mess up...I'll need to thin it down x3 right? So mix 30mls of 18mg/ml with 90mls of 0nic?
60ml of 0mg + 30ml of 18mg = 90ml of 6mg

Well my favorite atty is the mini Buddha, with a ~1.4Ω coil, it was pretty thick, maybe around 70%VG. No problem for me, I think you'd be fine at 50%.

I am almost through the second tank and I will put them away as something tried but not for me. The taste is tainted somewhat by an almost flowery scent that you sometimes get from scented paper and even if I could be talked into re wicking with my own cotton, I cannot cope with the noise they make.

This is my just my opinion and I am probably being picky. If this type of cartos are of interest to anyone then I would suggest you try the DCT procoils or the revive cartos which are a much better vape, for a lot less $

Hubby has two revive cartos going on their 8th week of heavy vaping.
Thanks, Krisma.

The first half of my 40s were pretty miserable, dealing with that combination of PTSD/peri-menopause/major clinical depression. I survived it, and grew a lot, but by the time it was starting to get better, the economic disaster was upon us, I sorta slid/scrambled into my 50s, a decade older, wiser, just a little happier and less stressed, post-menopausal, and slightly better off financially -- SLIGHTLY, meaning, no longer under threat of being homeless! And definitely showing the wear and tear of the hardest decade I have yet lived. Best I can say is I survived it, and now finally quit smoking, so I'd say I have at least a fighting chance of growing old. :thumb:

Personally, my late 50's (I can see 60 if I squint) have allowed comfort in my own skin...it finally fits! I've realized simple pleasures really are what make me happy; a pocketful of longtime friends, a partner of 25 years, family.
After slugging mail 8 miles a day on foot for 33 years (retired almost 3 years ago) I'm actually enjoying going for a walk! - without the darned mail satchel strapped to my shoulders.
I don't think I'd fancy revisiting my youth. I kinda like where I am.
I second that the peri/post menopausal can be a b*tch. I remember having an a** instead of 2, vertical loaves of Wonder Bread stretching from waist to hamstrings :) The post-menopausal muffin top can prove challenging as well...where to place the underwear band? - above, below or directly in the middle of the "dough"?
1st World problems, right?
No turnin back for this gal. Right here, right now is good for me :)
So glad I found the Tootle Puffers. Y'all start my day with a smile.
Have a fahbulous day everyone!

Simple pleasures really are a wonderful thing -- I remember looking at my parents, just sitting around, reading the paper, watching the tube, thinking, "how boring!" and wanting some EXCITEMENT! I've finally figured out that excitement is highly overrated! Just sitting around doing ordinary stuff in your own home is a wonderful thing! My younger years were sort of an example of that Chinese curse: "May you live in interesting times." Enough 'interesting' already! I'm really loving boring! :D
