The center screw is your positive connection. The other screw is for filling. Is there any screws on the side of the base? If not then I would say that you can't adjust the A/F.

yeah people actually buy atomizers you have to partially disassemble to adjust the airflow on.

@Katdarling Here's the side view of my Russian 91%. The A/F control screw and the Air Hole are on the base of the atty. Does yours have this?

Yup. I also bought the super airflow adjuster which replaces part# 8,472!
