Yeah same here. Gettin kind of tired of livin. 61 years of fighting depression gets tiring.

Little kids still ..... wait till you're my age.

Sneaking up on the 3/4 mark & lovin' life. I only buy stuff if I want too anymore, I don't HAVE to buy anything.

Hear! Hear!!! THIS!!! It's hard to express just how ticked off I am that I have to learn to coil. I have other hobbies. I do other stuff. Messing with trying to get my vape to work is a serious pain, in my (and only my) opinion. I didn't have to mess with cigarettes. All I had to do was buy 'em and light 'em up and smoke 'em. Not that I want to do that again. I don't. But I also don't want to have to fiddle and fuss and make teeny tiny things with my aging arthritic hands and failing eyes just for the bit of comfort I get from vaping.

I royally hate what our gubmint is doing. Glad I'm old. Maybe I'll die soon and won't have to worry about it, anymore.

I'm not gonna like that post, because of that last sentence, but I'm completely with ya on all the rest -- any part of this vaping bidness, if someone had told me I "had to", I'd have invited them to kiss my posterior! Try to look at it like, you have to build coils, just so you can stick your finger in the eyes of all those greedy evil igmos that still want their cigarette tax money! So everytime you build a coil, just say NEENER NEENER I'M VAPING AND Y0U CAN'T STOP ME! :D :thumb:

They aren't all tighter than + versions, I have one that's perfect. The cloners are dreadfully inconsistent in airflow hole sizes.

It may even be worth taking yours apart, in case something is blocking the airhole, or the hole in the center pin not aligned with the one in the base

Yeah, I have that inconsistency with my 2 Achilles clones, even though they're both made my Yeahsmo -- one is great with the whistle-screw completely removed; the other, I have to leave it in, tightened just enough that it doesn't mess up the tops of my mods. Take a guess which one is my favorite (it's not the one that sounds like a nose whistle!). :D

I think the KFL I bought was just a really cheap knock-off, and just doesn't work well. My KFL+'s are Tobecos (except for one EHPro) and Tobeco makes good quality, even if they are clones.

Well, since we're both adamantly against building, but might be forced to, we invested in a bunch of clones at $8 per, after shipping (to cover all vaping family members too). They may be inconsistent, but I'm hoping to never need them. So it was either the clones, or drop a bundle on authentic ones that I don't want to use.

I guess we'll figure it out. Unless we get lucky, and can sell them back off for a song.

    KEEP THE PRESSURE ON!

Yeah but you are loving life. I just exist.
Most of my life, I've looked forward to death. Life seems so horrific and so sad. But, since my heart attack, I have a whole new attitude about life, and death. I've become determined to be as happy and healthy as I can possibly be. I actually had already been headed in that direction. But, the heart attack gave me a focal point that helps inspire my determination.

It's one thing to be unhappy. But, it's so overwhelmingly sorrowful to know that so many people in the world are feeling just as bad. It makes life seem so cruel.

We are lied to. We are taught to expect life to be more fair, for hard work to pay off, etc. It's only by accepting life AS IT IS, instead of as it SHOULD be, that I've begun to appreciate the good and see how miraculous it is (considering the nature of life and reality).

I can see it now. Buy large stash of RDAs, wire, and mech mods. Print out all necessary instructions. Seal in plastic. Bury in the back yard in case of vapocalypse.

You're not far off. Only one will get opened, the rest will remain boxed and intact.

If regs fail, out da door dey go. BUH-bye. :D

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. I am trying to catchup so consider you all

You guys make this a special place.

Hang on a sec while I go and give Mr Cromwell a cheery hug. Do a little jiggly dance with me.
Another year wiser, calmer and full of positive vibes what more could I ask for. :p

Kat, did you really wrap a coil and wick it yourself? I'm really impressed. I thought you were a confirmed blister-packer!:thumbs::thumbs:

I am, and HOPE to remain your faithful blister packin' kween. No, I did not wrap a coil and stick bits of cotton into it. (ummm..... yuck!)

Darling Kat was perfectly happy as a blisterpacker, but now those villains are forcing her to the dark side. :D

Not yet they are not! I'm still hopeful that all this nonsense will pass. We are getting louder and louder and louder, and they have little choice but to at least hear the roars.

Until that day, I will continue dropping in little ready made coils. Yes, we're prepped, and now with the inexpen$ive little KlownFuns coming, we'll at least have that as some back up insurance.

IF I have to wind teensy wires, I will. But not until then. Uh uh. :D

If the air flow suits you, then it's probably just a question of the right value and size coil, and proper wicking.

And therein lies a bit of the prob, Veep. The "right value and size coil, and proper wicking". The ones I use, straight from that lovely wrapped blister pack are just that (for me).

But I still had to harass Kat a little bit just for fun! :D

And Ms. Oregon, please by all means, kontinue to do so! You made me laugh, big time! :D

I royally hate what our gubmint is doing. Glad I'm old. Maybe I'll die soon and won't have to worry about it, anymore.

In the most polite way I can say this, 4th........

Knock it off!!!!!!!!!!! :D We want you around for a LONG, LONG time!!!!

The hole, she be dug. ;)

Thanks, Dancing. I will gleefully follow your directions!
