I'd say a kayfun v4 is a TERRIBLE first step for a new builder. The older KFL+ is a much better choice for someone new to building.

Yep, pbusardo had some trouble getting it just right. The KFL+ was my original first choice but ruled it out due to the fill options. It won't be the first $3.99 I've wasted on vape stuff.

I still like the 3.1 over all of the other KFs. AND, I top fill them.

1.8 is a good resistance for unregulated, however I have a few mods that needed a little taming down, so I use 2- 2.5 ohm coils on them depending on the mods efficiency.

Is the Joytech Ego One Mega an unregulated mod? Just wanted to make sure that I am understanding everyone correctly.
