For me it really is about storage space. I keep mine in litres (fits nicely in the door of my freezer) then when I open one I decant to 4x250 then when I need to open a 250 I decant to 5x50 four one of which stay in the freezer and one in the meat tray in my fridge. We don't have children so we can be a bit more blasé about what we have where.

I do know of people who have a locked small fridge/freezer just for their eliquids.
Except for what I am using mine just stays in the chest type deep freezer in the basement.
No lock but no kids around either.

Yeah, I've got nearly a liter in 30ml bottles; I'll be putting this liter i just got into 120ml bottles. i also still have the last 120ml I got from VT in the fridge -- just procrastinating, mostly. I'm thinking of putting it into 60ml bottles, so I don't have to use up all the rest of my 30ml bottles. I got some 60ml bottles from Wizlabs with those conical-insert caps a while back, but I don't have any conical-insert caps for my 30ml bottles, just the regular caps.

When it all gets stored away, I'll have right at 2L in the freezer. That's about 22 yrs worth at my current 5mg; if the deeming does go badly, I'll probably start dropping slowly again, to get down to 3mg, which would give me around 35 yrs' worth. :)

I don't have the patience for all those little bottles. I divide my liter into 250 ml bottles. When I pull a 250 ml bottle out to use, I make a liter of base and put the rest in a 120 ml bottle.

I have one of the finned heat sinks on my Silverplay V1, I run that with dual coils at 65W all the time and have never noticed any melting of the plastic insulator.

The insulator is probably PTFE or Teflon which requires over 500F to melt. If they are getting over 500F at the 510 connector then there are some serious issues with the atty...

I have been using them since i started around 6 months ago on my STM,s at 15-20watts

velocitys and mad hatters at 40-50watts

recently on my wismec dna and all my RDA,s at anything between 50-180watts

All the center pins are still real solid in their insulators no sign of melting or anything and working fine so i will keep on using them.

Yeah with the small quantities I've been mixing while weaning off WTA, the 30ml bottles of nic were fine, but I'm nearly done with WTA now, so I'll be able to start making much larger quantities; I daresay I won't bother freezing anymore 30ml bottles.

But now I'll need to get some citric acid, so I can arrest the steeping process in a large bottle when the juice is "just perfect" -- about 3-5 days after mixing.

I did order 2L, but my calculations were for just 1L, not 2 - am I missing something?

I look at it this way 1 litre 100mg makes approx 8.3 litres of vapeable eliquid @ 12mg/mil
You vape 5ml/day or approx 1.825 litres a year

That means your 1litre of 100mg will make 8.3 litres of eliquid that will last you 4.54 years.
2 litres will make 16.6 litres of eliquid that will last you almost a decade (9.08) years

You should have done calculations for 2Ls?

Andria

Yes, maybe but I guess I was thinking of it more in terms of "How many years will 1L last me" and then double that for the 2L I ordered to get the total time in years.

I'm also blessedly rugrat-free. :D But even when my son was small, it would have been no problem; he never got into things in the cabinets or fridge. Maybe because the only time he ever did do anything like that, he ate an entire pkg of Kraft singles (cheese)... and had to eat oatmeal for breakfast for a week. :D He was around 4 at the time. Every morning's complaint about oatmeal again was met by, well you shouldn't have made a pig of yourself with cheese! After that, he ASKED if he wanted anything from the fridge, probably till he was a teenager.

Somebody found replacement glass for the Buddha mini! Hallelujah! Since it's my birthday next week I'm ordering three; since it's from GearBeast I'll get them by Christmas. I can wait a few weeks in lieu of shipping costs.

Can you give me the website? Just broke my Mini Buddha tank and I just got this thing.

The website is gearbest.com but the site is a bit confusing so maybe @Belhade can link the actual product for you.
