Speaking of getting old. Here's today's funny!

TWO OLDER GUYS, ONE 70 AND ONE 80, WERE SITTING ON A PARK BENCH ONE MORNING.

THE 80-YEAR-OLD HAD JUST FINISHED HIS MORNING JOG AND WASN'T EVEN SHORT OF
BREATH.

THE 70-YEAR-OLD WAS AMAZED AT THE GUY'S STAMINA AND ASKED HIM WHAT HE DID TO
HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY.

THE 80-YEAR-OLD SAID, "WELL, I EAT RYE BREAD EVERY DAY. IT KEEPS YOUR
ENERGY LEVEL HIGH AND YOU'LL HAVE GREAT STAMINA WITH THE LADIES."

SO, ON THE WAY HOME THE 70-YEAR-OLD STOPPED AT THE BAKERY. AS HE WAS
LOOKING AROUND, THE SALESLADY ASKED IF HE NEEDED ANY HELP.

HE SAID, "DO YOU HAVE ANY RYE BREAD?"

SHE SAID, "YES, THERE'S A WHOLE SHELF OF IT. WOULD YOU LIKE SOME?"

HE SAID, "I WANT FIVE LOAVES."

SHE SAID, "MY GOODNESS, FIVE LOAVES! BY THE TIME YOU GET TO THE 3RD LOAF,
IT'LL BE HARD."

HE REPLIED, "I CAN'T BELIEVE EVERYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS STUFF BUT
ME!!!!!"
Lol!

I have 3 protank minis with the adjustable air flow attachment,1 eleaf Lemo (retired for now),2 kayfun clones, one's a 3.1 and the other is a lite. Also have a Dark Horse dripper clone and a busted Kraken clone.I have never tried the last two.My favorite is the Kayfun 3.1.
The first clearos I ever bought were Iclear 16's and haven't used those in a long long time.

I just remembered I have a mini pt2 which I have yet to try. There was a reason I hadn't used it; I don't think it fit my eGo ONEs (?). I'll have to haul it out and see if it fits on my CF4.

What is it about the Kayfuns that you like, SNM?

Not SNM, but....

Kayfuns... all models but the V4 which, while a fine vape, is over-engineered (ime) and may be a bit too fiddly for some.

Simple design, little to go wrong.

Airflow great for tootle puffers, right out of the box. (Yes, there are models and "kits" to increase that if desired.)

Can take darn near any build you want to throw on them, and a simple single strand open or compressed coil gives a great vape. Very "forgiving" of errors with that and/or wicking, it will still vape fine.

Ime, no leaks. Just be sure all o-rings are good. Even after re-filling. (I tend to top fill my 3.1s, simple inversion while attaching the cap, no leaks. The rest I do use the fill screw. No leaks.) Won't leak even upside down (although, of course, any prior condensation will come out!)

Sturdy, even with the PMMA center tube. The full M5 tank, not quite a sturdy, but unless you've gone with some of the aftermarket PMMA chimneys, which aren't as sturdy as stainless, of course, will laugh off most drops. (Yes, I have! :vapor:)

The mini fits fine on the CFIV

I have a few Kayfun V4. It was the onlt rebuildable that I have tried that I could get the airflow down to tootle standards. Lot of parts means if one item screws up you just replace that part and don't have to scrap the whole tank. I am buying them up for my stash, don't use the on a regular basis.

I really like my KFv4 also.Nice Vape for MTL, decent Tank size, fits most Tube Mods for easy transport, oh and did I mention nice Flavor:) I tell ya the only RTA that has the v4 beat for Flavor is the Tilemahos v2 Plus Flavorchaser. Yep that one does but a far shot;) But the v4 holds larger eLiquid capacity at almost 4ml

Thanks, hejira. I've been on the new site, too, and it's great. I was delighted to see the Cerotanks available again!! For the price point, I still think it the best of the bunch, in all respects, hands down.

Hey Kat...I remember the discussions about the Cerotanks a couple months back.

Are they Top-Filling???

[After using my (kinda' Top-Filling) CartoTanks...and (actually Top-Filling) iClear 30S's and Cubis's...I've decided I'm NEVER going to purchase a Bottom-Filling tank again...]

I also ordered a Joyetech Cubis. Anyone know if its good with the 1.5ohm coil for tootle puffing? :)

from Spinfuel:

Cubis Clapton Coil for Mouth to Lung

Joyetech has developed and produced the very first Clapton coil for mouth to lung users a 1.5 ohms’ coil head that provides the mouth to lung vaper a whole new level of satisfaction.

The biggest problem for mouth to lung vapers was getting enough flavor and vapor from a tight draw coil head. With this new Clapton coil set up that is no longer an issue. I spent more than a day using this coil head on one of my Cubis tanks and I have to tell you, had this been around when I switched to sub-ohm tanks I doubt I would have adopted the Lung Hit method of vaping. If you are a mouth to lung vaper that has never been thrilled by the performance of your tank and coil heads, I urge you to try one of these. I’m betting you won’t find anything on the market that hits better, or provides as much flavor.

The cerotanks are bottom fill. Good tanks

I like the Cubis Clapton coils as well. Not for the short draw MTL (I vape 2-3 secs) as they take a bit to ramp up.

Just ordered some stuff and Nic from MFS.. I put down "Free Shipping" but I may be by there tomorrow(For Work) and if they haven't shipped it yet, ill try to just pick it up, as it was an option! :D

BTW the Evic VTC Mini now has a Firmware 3.01 that adds simple options for using the Cubis in TC. Also you can turn the wattage down in TC with this update iv heard instead of scrolling all the way up and around again.

Nope Spinfuel or Joytech the biggest problem for MTL vapers (aka me) is finding decently designed single coil bottom air feed atties with a tightish draw.

Kayfun lite and Russian 91% for sure, Erlk nano perhaps.
The Kayfun 3, 4, and Squape are too big and heavy for my taste.
The Squape is not nice looking either.

All things (that matter to me) considered Ti Mods Achilles V2 is by far my favorite to date.
