Depends on what's available, and the flavor. My range is between 6 and 12 mg, with the fruity flavors as the lower end and the menthol at the higher.

Having a caramel apple vape on the defender. I was looking at batteries for the bike. Must do that soon.
I started just over 2 years ago at 18mg and still use that most of the time, though I use 12mg sometimes as well. I think I'll step down to 12mg as I can't really tell the difference !
Started at 18, wasn't working, went to 24 and quit smoking. Stayed there about 3 months, then stepped back to 18 and still there, more than 3 years in.

From 18mg to 12mg is a 50% drop. I mixed the two and used 15mg. Then 12mg, then mix 12mg and 6mg for 9mg. Yada, yada, yada. I am at 1.5mg. My body forgets if I am busy. Even my habitual times have lessened a bit. But, I still enjoy a good vape.
Those darn flash sales... it was so tempting! But I just ordered a hex ohm so no go. UghhhhThere was another flash 10% sale this morning.

I loved cigarette smoking...for a little under 50 years...because of 2 things...
1. For some reason (genetics?)...I got great enjoyment from inhaling a little "smoke"...followed by exhaling a little "smoke"...and...
2. I really enjoy nicotine. It energizes me when I'm tired...relaxes me when I'm anxious...and noticeably enhances my Short Term Memory.
I use 12mg. in my "early" clearomizers (eg. T3S's) and CartoTanks. I use 6mg. in my (higher Watts, lower Ω's) GS-Tanks and Cubis's.
[Since nicotine is the only substance shown (so far) to actually delay/prevent Alzheimer's/senile dementia...and since I have a family history of Alzheimer's...I have no interest in ever lowering my current nicotine amount.]
