I just got a call from VS saying some DNA30s in gun metal (I ordered black) are ready to ship, and asked if I wanted one. I said yes, looking forward to getting my hands on it soon!

That's good news we may get ours over here in UK by the end of March?, here's hoping all production issues have been resolved.

They called you on the Phone? That is surprising. Why would they not send it to some one who ordered Gunmetal? I am sure someone on here ordered a GM. That just dont sound right. I ordered black and didnt get a call!! Either way You Win.

Yeah, they called me on the phone, I was surprised as well. No idea why I was the lucky one, but hopefully the offer gets extended to more of you. Either way, looks like things are getting worked out.

They called me too. They had to reverse the entire charge because I ordered a black magnetic charge with two extra cords. I was told to reorder and call them back with the new order number for a gun metal usb charge, and it would go out yesterday. I did, and they said they would forward it to the shipping department. I have yet to see any indication that the item has actually shipped. If I don't by the end of today, I think I will just cancel the order and go somewhere else.

Yeah. Another waiting list. It's not the waiting I mind. It's the failures to deliver as stated.

Dont want to ruffle your feathers or sound dis-respectful. I would rather a co. manufacturing a product that I ordered set back a delivery date to assure I was getting a quality product.

I have in the past ordered a second choice product just because I was unable to get what I wanted in what I thought was a reasonable time frame. Every time I do that. I kick myself in the ... for not getting what I really wanted in the first place.

I agree completely with that statement. But when they ask me to change my order with the understanding that the product will ship that day, and then it doesn't, I get annoyed. The original date adjustments due to inferior construction I completely understand and accept.
